The integrations are very useful. I use the CRM integration which allows me to on one hand push my from optiverse organized notes into my desired fields / records in the CRM and I receive CRM enriched responses in Optiverse through my enquires. 6 People in a call, different Swiss-German dialects and one from Austria. All Transcribed very well. It struggles with special Words and abbrievations that are uncommon, but that is to be expected. My hands and my concentration are free and i am more focused on the meetup with the client instead of typing notes. Once even used it to trancribe and condense my Teams-Introduction Session (1.25h presentation) with a client. Got a perfectly structured Handout out of it. Very good, time saving tool, that in our company replaces the note-taking in Meetings internal and with clients.

The AI is very smart and understands Swiss-German and other languages very well - eve if the language is changed multiple times during a meeting. I also love the feature to be able to transcribe long meetings just via the mobile phone! I no longer take any notes by hand!
