I've found optimise to be brilliant! After years of struggling, finally at 36 I have now have a diagnosis. Following on from this, I am now having further investigations for something else. Optimise have followed up from initial assessment and routinely keep in touch for medication reviews.

Fantastic company with very helpful understanding and knowledgeable staff. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for an ASD assessment. The one day assessment was a very smooth process from start to finish. The report was very comprehensive and the follow up appointment proved to be a good reminder of further help available to us autistic folks.

I had an assessment with Dr Colm Maghee and Vicki Thornburrow (I think their names were). Both of them are amazing people, understanding, none judgemental and patient. I felt as at ease as I could in that situation and my feedback with Colm was so refreshing.
