Optima Villas Recenzje 

This is the third time we have stayed at Villa Dore the villa was clean and tidy when we arrived and the welcome pack was worth having. The outside area was very pleasant and secluded with a lovely swimming pool. 2 things I must mention the outside furniture was damaged when we arrived also the second delivery of towels were frayed and tatty with many loose ends. Optima villas were very quick to respond to my request of looking at the fridge as it was not holding the temperature and they provided us with a temporary fridge. One last thing the kitchen and units are beginning to get very tired, the fridge did not work at a satisfactory temperature and the kitchen unit doors were very loose and did not close properly (time for an upgrade) also there was a mish mash of utensils and crockery in the kitchen. Overall we would stay at Villa Dora once its had an upgrade. As a company I could not fault Opima Villas

We had a lovely 2 weeks in casa George in Playa Blanca.
The villa was clean and had everything we needed.
This didn't surprise us as we have booked with Optima villas for a number of years and always have good service and help if needed.
Well done Optima Villas will see you again in February

Arrived at the villa for a 2 week stay from 23/09/24 and pleasantly surprised by the size of the villa. Complementary pack was also provided. Good size kitchen and bedrooms. Games room is brilliant for family's with kids. Pool lights were not working and a phone call to optima villas was made and next day poollights fixed. Pool cleaned regular by great guys, and the cleaners turned up blitzed the villa and In no time was gone. Very professional teams optima villas have working for them. My only niggle was that there was not enough shade, 1 umbrella, the wooden fixture over the bedrooms could have been a shaded area but this was exposed to full sun, and lighting at night could have been better as we like to sit out in the evenings if we were not going out. Other than those 2 niggles we had a fabulous time. Thank you optima villa staff for the fantastic service

Optima Villas were absolutely amazing from start to finish. Looking forward to booking with them again. The staff are very professional and helpful. Any questions I had were answered. Staff went above and beyond to make sure that our holiday was amazing from start to finish.

A lovely villa exceptionally clean inside with everything you need for an extremely comfortable stay in Playa Blanca.
Great location, very quite well out of the way with nice sea views from the patio and first floor balcony.
Both the swimming pool and garden were attended to during our stay.
Optima Villas have great customer service and provided access/arrival/departure information swiftly.

My only slightly negative comment was that the outdoor patio area did not appear to have been cleaned prior to our arrival with cigarette ends and biscuit wrappers around the garden furniture (hence a reduction of one star on the rating)

I would have no hesitation going back. To this villa or using Optima Villas again

We have just returned from a week’s stay, with friends, in Casa Lubel. Gave us everything we needed - everything was exactly as advertised. The Optima team were fantastic. Answered all our pre-travel questions within 24hrs. Even sorted a late departure which put the icing on the cake. We will be using Optima (and hopefully Casa Lubel) next March and June. Thank you

We have spent an amazing week at Villa Rose! Everything in this cosy and very comfortable villa suited to us. The outdoor area is very well kept with a really nice garden and pool; furniture was also good.
Bedrooms are big enough with comfortable beds and ensuite bathroom. Plenty of hot water in the showers and excellent water pressure. Good furniture in the living area and kitchen with all the appliances.Overall, a very good option in Lanzarote.

The villa was absolutely stunning - clean and beautifully presented, with ample towels. Communication with Optima was good and all information was accurate and well explained. I especially liked the app, which gave information on the villa and surrounding area.

Everything was as expected and we did not need to contact Optima at all during our stay.

We would definitely consider booking with Optima again.

Having stayed at many villas in Lanzarote, this is the first time we used optima villas and we are very impressed with the experience. Communication was excellent and the standard of accommodation was excellent.
The villa was superb with everything you could need in the kitchen and very comfortable inside and out. The pool was very clean and not too cold.
We plan to return to this villa or another as soon as possible.

Lovely clean apartment with great views and central location, only 4 stars as it is a little tired in places.
Optima Villas fantastic communication and always helpful, would definitely book through them again

Villa Casa Piscina.
Just got back from a brilliant stay the Villa was more than we hoped for spacious and well equipped and maintained Deducted one star because we reported the air con not working in one of the bedrooms they acknowledged my text but nobody turned up to fix it However this did not spoil what was a brilliant holiday Would definitely use Optima in the future .

Casa Blanca Del Mar

Just back from a lovely relaxing week at the villa. We booked this last minute and we weren’t disappointed. This villa exceeded all our expectations. Very high spec inside with everything you could need for a family holiday. The pool area was amazing, lots of different seating areas and a lovely heated pool. The roof terrace was spacious with lovely views. Villa was in a lovely quiet area with the nearest shop and bars only a fifteen minute walk away. Playa Blanca centre was only 7 euros in a taxi. Would highly recommend this villa and optima villas.

We had a wonderful 2 weeks at this villa. Thanks to Dawn who responded to our request for 2 extra sunbeds the next day. The pool is great. Playa Flamingo is the nearest beach and has a few restaurants including an excellent Italian, a 20/25 minute walk. Baileys bar at Jardin de Sol is good for breakfast and dinner, it gets busy so book, they have live music and on Thursday a quiz (take a jumper can be breezy.)

Villa for 6, stayed for 13 days, plenty of outside space in the shade and round the pool, plenty of towels and pool towels provided. Cleaners came mid stay and were very efficient,as was the pool man who came 3 or 4 times .Pool heated. Also generous welcome pack provided& kitchen equipped very well. Air con in 2 main bedrooms very welcome. Enough room for 2 cars to park at villa and convenient for beach 20/25 min walk or 5 mins by car. Quick reply from Optima prior to holiday. Would use Optima again.

Just returned from our stay at Casa George in Playa Blanca where we had an amazing 11 day stay. The Villa was immaculate & the Welcome pack was also very much appreciated after arriving so late at night. The size of the Villa was ideal for our party of 4, 2 adults and 2 girls as this gave them a room each. The pool & pool area were fantastic & where we spent most of our time. The Villa is in a very secure location with 2 gates with key access in and out, the main gate for cars but the side gate takes you out along a dusty path to the two local supermarkets which have everything you need for your stay & also several bars & restaurants and only an 8 minute walk from the Villa. We only ate in two, one was excellent and the other pizza place was more of a take away but the food was fine. At the end of this road there is a bus stop which only costs 1.40 euro per head to anywhere between the Villa to the Marina Rubicon which is great value & buses are quarter to and quarter past the hour and is only an 8 or 9 minute journey into the centre of Playa Blanca where we spent most of our nights, restaurants and bars are great down here along the front. This is our 2nd time in Lanzarote and also using Optima Villas and the service is fantastic, pool was cleaned twice and cleaners also came to the Villa for a quick clean, would highly recommend both Casa George & Optima Villas & we will definitely be visiting lanzarote in the future. We also had to request a late checkout as out flight didnt leave until 21.30, within 1 hour of requesting this an email arrived saying we could stay in the Villa til 6 pm at no extra cost, thanks Optima Villas for making our stay in Playa Blanca so great for a second time.

Villa Juabel is a nice villa with everything you need, to hand, this review coming from a family of six. The rooms are all a good size, the air conditioning works very well, the kitchenette and living room also very nice. The outdoor area is clean and tidy and the pool is great. Great privacy too and Las Buganvillas is a quiet neighborhood. However, the pool towels provided were worn and almost thread bare - new ones would have been nice and the dishwasher does not work correctly, and leaks a little. Finally, the "welcome package" was very paltry - just a litre of milk, some opened cereal boxes and just a few tea bags. We feel that given the price of the rental- it is expensive - there should not be such inconveniences. We have stayed here twice, it is a nice villa which we score 7/10.

We are a family of 4 and have just had a fabulous week in Playa Blanca. Our villa was a perfect size and had everything you would possibly need included. Plenty of towels and beach towels, fabulous pool and lots of seating inside and out. Nice walk to all areas of Playa Blanca. This is our second time using Optima villas and we will be booking another one next year. We cannot fault you! Thank you

Just stayed at villa Cielo in Playa Blanca for a week, what appears to be a small 2 bed villa has ample room for 3 to 4 guests, plenty of inside sitting space and loads of seating outside for meals and just for lounging around, the pool and the hot tub were always clean and nice to relax in after a day of travelling round the island, plenty of shops and restaurants on your doorstep and in a lovely quiet area of Playa Blanca which is just what we wanted. Booking through Optima Villa's was so easy and straightforward and would have no problem in using them again in the future.
