Helpful customer service
Ordered an adult mouth guard for my daughter. It was too big for her mouth. Emailed opro and was offered a new child size one. Quick delivery before school started and my daughter was good to go

Great customer service
We haven't sent my son's gum and tooth impression off yet, so the mouth guard hasn't be made yet, but we have used this service before so I'm expecting it will be a great product just like it was last time. I just wanted to commend Opro on their customer service. Royal mail in our area are having major, major delivery issues. I phoned Opro when our home impression kit hadn't arrived as expected and they were beyond helpful and organised a new mouth guard to be sent out the very next day with a different courier. No questions asked. We have had problems with several parcels not being delivered due to the local issues with Royal Mail parcel delivery and I only wish all of the companies we've had to deal with would have been as good as Opro have been in dealing with their customers. It was fantastic to actually be able to talk to someone to explain the problem, so many companies have got rid of this service. So Opro please keep up the good work!

All round excellance
The speed in which the order was dealt with and the required mouthguard was received was exemplary. Getting the mouthguard to follow the contours of the mouth and provide a comfortable fit is straightforward.
Finally you also get a reminder in 12 months to replace which is critical when the mouthguard is intended for a young person

Really shocked with how dirty the mouthgard is
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the mouthguard I recently received from your company. To my shock and disappointment, the product arrived in an unclean state, with visible dirt inside the grooves. Given that this is a mouthguard meant to be used inside the mouth, I find it completely unacceptable for it to be in such unsanitary condition.
Considering that this is a £50 product, I expected much higher standards of hygiene and quality control. I am genuinely concerned about how this could have passed inspection and been sent to a customer.
I request an immediate replacement with a clean and properly inspected mouthguard, or a full refund. Please advise on how you plan to resolve this issue at your earliest convenice.
