Alex's is extremely attentive, his commitment and hard work at all hours helping us as first time buyers achieve our goal, throughout the whole process Alex continues to go the extra mile.

We thought we was not in a good position to buy a house but all it took was an initial conversation with Alex and he explained everything in detail.

Alex got us an agreement in principle for more money than we expected and a mortgage offer in record time.

As someone who is self-employed, I was initially worried about how much I’d be able to borrow and whether the process would be more complicated. From our very first conversation, Alex was incredibly calming, friendly, and reassuring, making everything feel straightforward and stress-free.

He got our Agreement in Principle sorted really quickly, which meant we could start viewing properties straight away. He even offered to help us figure out what offer to put in, which was a huge help! Throughout the process, he kept in regular contact, providing updates and making sure we always knew what was happening.
