Efficient and quick to deal with.

I spoke with Alex today, and she was an absolute diamond. She went above and beyond to help me, clearly explaining everything related to the issue I was having. She’s even taking it upon herself to track down some additional information that my previous supplier has made difficult to access. As someone who works as a Training Specialist in a similar environment, I can confidently say that Alex is a real asset to your company.

They dont answer their calls. If you are doing it yourself online you dont get the code till the following day or 2. Very disappointed with their service.

Absolutely horrible company to deal with. I set up a payment plan as soon as was requested and then had constant emails and texts to tell me to set up a plan or my credit rating would be affected. This went on for weeks until I sent a complaint to them

Ophelos reached out to me regarding a dept owed,there agent was a great help,I never felt forced or pressured by him in regards to the payment due as a lot of other debt chasers might.he was extremely helpful in offering suggestions on how to breakup the payment rather than struggling to pay all at once.ophelos is definitely a company I'd recommend to anyone that might be struggling to pay depths and are looking for guidance.

They try to collect statute barred debts, they have no legal way to do so .These are debts over 6 years old and can be up to 20 years old .
Just tell them you have no liability to pay this debt and you will not be paying it .

I owed a €120 bill with Klarna the debt was then passed onto this company I was giving the option to pay in full or set up monthly repayments which worked best for me and the bill was still getting paid/cleared, however I followed the link I was provided and entered all details including the bank details repayments were to be taking from when I done this I then realised it actually took the whole €120 in one go leaving me with next to nothing in my account with young kids (my fault for getting myself in this situation) but u was trying to do right thing and clear debt at same time and set up monthly repayments only to find out that wasn't happening at all. First time dealing with this company

Options for payment plan that they offered online were good but didn't suit me, I spoke through their chat online to arrange a plan that suited myself & was greeted by a friendly & extremely helpful person who discussed my situation with understanding & professionalism. New payment plan was set up that suited my needs & this was done very quickly & the site was easy to use.
