Warning – Unreliable site with serious issues
I strongly advise others to be very careful with this site. I have experienced multiple serious problems, including games bugging out several times, which directly affected my gameplay and results.
Customer support is extremely poor and unhelpful. Responses are slow, unclear, and it feels like they do not take users seriously at all.
The biggest issue occurred when I tried to withdraw my money. The withdrawal process has taken an unreasonably long time with no clear explanation. Instead, I was accused of cheating without any proper evidence or transparent reasoning.
This gives the impression that the site looks for excuses to avoid paying out winnings. Overall, this platform feels untrustworthy and highly unprofessional. I strongly recommend not trusting this site with your money.

The support staff are generally adequate; however, there are occasions when you must explain the same issue multiple times before it is fully understood. Aside from that, the service is acceptable. That said, the win-to-loss ratio is extremely unfavorable. I have wagered over 9,000 on the site and approximately 60b in the flower room, with very little to show for it. This statement is not made out of frustration from a loss, but rather as a caution to others considering this platform. In my experience, the site is heavily weighted in favor of the house, particularly with regard to the slot games.
