I am a member of numerous review sites, and to be honest, Opinions 4 Good is not nearly as good as others I use daily. I rarely get to take surveys there and the money adds up very slowly. At least they did lower the threshold for cash out from $25 to $10, which helps immensely.

op4g review- it’s good when it works...
The most infuriating thing with this site is when you spend a good chunk of time answering questions- and not just the preliminary questions- and then you get a notification that you don’t qualify to take the survey- AFTER you’ve just spent a huge amount of time on it. Another thing is that sometimes surveys will just disappear! I’ll click on the link and an Error message will come up, I don’t mean a message saying that I don’t qualify or a message saying I need to use a computer, but just the words ERROR in red with no explanation. Then when I log back into my account the survey is just gone! This has happened numerous times and it always seems to happen on the high dollar surveys. I have written to customer service but have never received any help. These are my biggest complaints. . It’s easy to waste quite a bit of time and coming up empty handed.

I'm sorry you've had a frustrating experience. When a survey disappears, it could be for several reasons. Our IT department states that it can happen 1) if you double clicked on the survey link (each link can be clicked on only once); 2) if the client closed the survey because it reached needed number of completes; 3) if the client paused the survey because of some issue with it; 4) if your answer did not match what client was looking for and you have been disqualified (which doesn't seem to be the case here); or 5) you are trying to access survey from your cell phone instead of a desktop or laptop as we recommend.
We always advise our panelists to access their survey invitations as soon as possible in order to avoid survey being closed because needed number of completes got reached.
Additionally, "off-platform" surveys often ask for additional demographic data. On-Platform surveys are hosted by Opinions for Good, while Off-Platform surveys are hosted by our clients. Off-Platform surveys are a bit trickier for you to qualify for. Because we receive less information about the demographic requirements for Off-Platform surveys, we are less able to accurately connect you with a qualifying survey. As a result, Off-Platform surveys may disqualify you further into the survey than seems necessary.

It is a good site
It is a good site, however, I just seem to have a problem qualifying for many of their surveys. There are a lot to look at though (good for some). Plus, their payout is pretty quick once meet the level.

Our typical user qualifies for about 1/3 or 1/4 surveys. For off-platform surveys, the criteria for qualification are often very specific and out of our control at Op4G. We encourage you to keep trying as we improve and refine the process by which we issue surveys to panelists . Stay tuned!

I've had an excellent experience with OP4G. They are very fair about how much the surveys pay, and are transparent about what the surveys are about. Great survey company
Great survey company. I have been with them for some time now and I earn at least $40-$50 a month by doing surveys that aren't that difficult and long. Never had any issues with payment. I really like them!

Sometimes near the end of my survey it closes out and doesn’t let me continue. I am not able to open it again and continue or start over. It just disapears from the list of surveys. It is different from the message I get that says I do not qualify for the survey.

Op4G is not a reputable survey company. I am assuming Opinions 4 Good is the same as Op4G. It took me several months to get to my $20 payout and when I tried to cash out, it wouldn't let me. I sent email after email and they kept telling me my account was flagged for having multiple accounts. I kept telling them I only had one account and that I wanted my money. They then kept telling me the IT Dept was checking into the issue. I kept sending emails telling them I want my money. This went on for over a month and the last email I sent, I just sent a bunch of question marks and they emailed me back and said send me your address and I will send you your money. I think they thought I would just forget about it and let it go, but I did not. They sent me my check within the next few days. They don't send me anymore surveys. I just do not trust them

I'm sorry to hear about your negative experience. It sounds like we could have done more to expedite your payment. We have since changed our payout process to be paid monthly (last day of the month, next business day if that day falls on a Saturday/Sunday) at the $10 threshold. Any amount under $10 rolls over to the next pay period. Our terms and conditions (located here https://opinions4good.com/about/terms-of-use/) disqualify some members from receiving PayPal payouts if their accounts are flagged as being in violation. Usually these cases are arbitrated by one of our technical support staff and a decision is made after careful review. We are always on the lookout for fraudulent users in order to maintain the integrity of our platform.
We have also brought our average support ticket time down to under 24 hours. If you need to reach our support staff, please contact support@op4g.com.
