ootdmw.com Recenzje

Not same as pictures at all, different quality, not emroided and poorly printed, poor materials. Delays in postage then battle via PayPal to get my money back

Terrible quality, bad products. ordered from carclothinguk instead. better in every single way. AVOID THIS AND GO TO CARCLOTHINGUK!!!

Im only giving 1 star you cant give 0 or i would,i ordered a pink hoodie for my girlfriend, was told it was shipped, day later im told no, they have to order materials from vietnam, today i get a scam phone call, presumebly from them, none of the legit companys phone you, give this company a pass at all costs , im starting legal proceedings💩💩💩💩

ACHTUNG BETRUG! Also finger weg! Chinesische Betrügerfirma.

Ordered 2 shirts. Received one which was badly made. Sticting wrong and threads all over. They did not send me my second shirt. Instead they sent a hideous white polka dot shirt. I contacted them to say they sent the wrong shirt. They told me to return the £15 shirt but they had no returns process and I would have to pay the return postage...to China. After numerous correspondence I only received a £8 credit. Steer clear of this site. Very shabby garments and zero customer service.

Total scam - I ordered a vintage Carhartt jumper - but received a cheap grey hoodie with a fake badge on it - it looked nothing like the picture. I’ve complained and asked for a shipping label to send it back to them as the jumper isn’t what I ordered - but they are refusing to refund unless I post it to china and pay £30 for postage- it’s a total scam don’t waste your money buying from them.

Ordered 3 shirts. 2 were ok but really poor quallity not as expected. One was a black shirt with a nice white print, they didn't have stock so they sent me a brown long sleeve different fabric. Not even close to what i ordered. They said they only take refunds if i pay shipping, duty and they remove the shipping to me. I assume i will owe them money in the end lol.
they also offered $20 and i loose the rest ($25 more).
Wow. i have to pay for their error and cant do anything about it except warn other people.

I sent in 2 order on 05/21/2024... I have attempted to contact this company on 5 separate occasions to find the shipping status... ALL 5 times the message said they were to respond within 72 hours.... THIS is NOT TRUE... I suspect a SCAM....

Please avoid these scammers. Product very poor quality for a premium price. Delivery took 6 weeks to arrive from china. Wrong size sent. Wouldn't give full refund even though website states they accept returns

Nichts bestellen... Wäre fehlerhaft, Kontaktaufnahme nicht möglich... Mail schreiben sinnlos...

Very poor quality clothes that look nothing like the photo, scam.

This place is a scam! I ordered the German Henley and got a totally different shirt that even was defective it does Not even have button hole notches on this I’m filing with the bbb and get papers started on this site sad thing is in my line of work they picked the wrong one to do this to!

I wouldn’t recommend this company, extremely poor service.
