Very impressed with the high level of service and instant communication. Ordered a device and arrived in under 24 hours. Also couldn’t find the specific device available anywhere and Ooodles had it.

Great value, much better than Music Magpie
Great Service, must smoother and better value than Music Magpie which is been with for years… just be ready for a slight delay if you need to be credit checked, this could be communicated better to customers when they first sign up, I had to email to find out where my phone was before I was told there needed to be credit checks.

THE BEST COMPANY EVER
Really easy process to apply, the customer service was something else’s by far the best customer service I’ve seen in a while and I work in a call center too hahaha She was really cheerful and polite really refreshing to see and everything was made easy and transparent couldn't be happier the handset was with me the next following day like promised once again many thanks for the brilliant service and I would 1000% recommend Ooodles.

Second time using Ooodles!
Second time using Ooodles and again very happy with my experience. Customer services team were as helpful as always and feels like a personable service dealing with a handful of people instead of a big call centre. Tash in particular was brilliant throughout my order placement and processing, helping me iron out a couple of issues I had without an issue.
Competitive price and easy transaction in upgrading my phone. Nice to see that they take customer loyalty into account. Gave me plenty of time to switch. Renting for me is the way to go!

Not the service you would expect
Ooodles website was not working properly when I tried to rent a laptop, I had to try again and again for 5 times as the system was faulty until I contacted the customer service that fixed the problem
Rent cost doesn't include any type of insurance. It only covers the machine's faults, that wouldn't be your fault anyway.
They promised a protective cover for the laptop (included in the rental cost) that never arrived.
The delivery company they use is terrible. You cannot phone them up and they won't call you when they deliver your parcel or you miss it. They just text you only ten minutes before the delivery, which is not ideal, and if you don't see that message you miss your parcel because they don't even ring the doorbell. In my case they just knocked saying that the bell wasn't working -but it was- and I had to show them. I then contacted Ooodles because I was trying to reach the delivery company by
phone and made a complain. They said they escalated the case to their manager but I never heard back from them. I got my laptop deliver the day after but it was a painful process. Terrible service.

Update 18/04:
We spoke to our client here and wanted to provide an update about the situation:
Website: we are sorry that you experienced problems with the website at the time of the order in early April. We are aware that there have been a few technical problems back then which have been resolved since. Having to go through our customer service to place an order is not ideal indeed and it's hopefully an exception to the rule.
Insurance: we currently do not offer insurance for personal clients but have just started offering it for businesses. It is something we plan on rolling out to personal clients in the near future.
Protective cover: our bad. The offer of a free protective cover expired just after the order was placed, and we made a mistake by not adding it to the order. We reached out and the protective cover in question is being sent together with our apologies :-)
DPD was used in this instance. Their process is to text one hour before delivery time and they provided us proof that they were at the door within the allocated time slot. Given that the tech items we deliver are valuable, we need to hand deliver them but it sounds like they didn't try hard enough to make contact. Sorry about that
We know your experience with us wasn't top-notch, but we'll take care of those shortcomings and hope we made it up with the cover and subsequent customer service. Thanks for your patience and understanding!
