Very professional ,knowledgeable and helpful from the appointment to the end of work. The engineer has been polite and very efficient.A huge thank you to Andrea Lee which managed with everything!

I really doubt about the reviews here are genuine or not. This company deserves NO star, but I am unable to rate it as zero start.

The fisrt appointment was cancelled in short notice by On the House, then the contractors came on another date with his van parked on my neighbour's driveway!! My neighbour complains to me how rude these people are. They even made a scratch and paint tear-off on the car next to it.
Claimed they knocked my door but no one was inside, claimed they called you but not calling your mobile number. And then the company said they even reserved the right to charge a call-out fee for the missed appointment!!

Avoid On The House!!

Had a contractor inspect the electrics and he was on time, very professional and completed his job right on time. Highly recommended!
