Trodde det var for godt til å være sant – men ble positivt overrasket

Jeg har hatt en veldig god opplevelse med Ontel.
I starten var jeg litt usikker, siden prisene deres var lavere enn det man ofte ser hos private selgere og på Finn. Jeg var derfor litt skeptisk, men valgte å prøve likevel.
Gjennom hele prosessen har kommunikasjonen vært god, både på telefon og e-post, og de har vært behjelpelige og løsningsorienterte når jeg hadde spørsmål. Jeg opplevde handelen som ryddig og profesjonell.
Det som også ga trygghet var at de tilbyr reklamasjonsrett og garanti, noe som ikke alltid er tilfelle ved kjøp fra privatpersoner.
Alt i alt har dette vært en positiv opplevelse, og jeg opplever at de tilbyr konkurransedyktige priser sammenlignet med andre alternativer. Jeg kan derfor anbefale Ontel videre.

Got a Artic Air Freedom neck fan for a…

Got a Artic Air Freedom neck fan for a retirement gift and followed the instructions and it did not work contacted the company Ontel corporation and they tell me I have to have a 7.5 charger which was not included with the fan they are selling how ridiculous is that. When you are selling anything the product should come with everything that makes your product work not having to pay for an extra item to make it work. I’m not saying to not buy it I’m just saying make sure it works b4 u purchase it cause buying and trying to return it will be a problem with in itself not worth the headache 🤕☹️ English please.. Ontel product corporation is on the label So that would be a NO to removing this review IT DO NOT WORK BRAND NEW NECK FAN WITH A CHARGER THAT DOES NOT WORK 🤬🤬

Dear Susan, we will try to help you. I will keep it in english from now even though we are based in Norway and have only sold products in Norway. We do not have anything to do with "Ontel Products Corporation Ltd.", which is a US based company selling products in the USA, and we do not sell any of the same products. Trustpilot is (as far as I can see) a Danish company. I would guess that their main focus is reviews for companies in northern Europe, like Denmark, Norway and Sweden, but they support also other selected countries. Our website address is ontel.no. There is another company in the UK which has a similar URL: ontel.co.uk (telecom), but our company based in Norway and the UK company has nothing to do with "Ontel Products Corporation Ltd." which supports the USA and Canada only. Their webside is: ontelcatalog.com. The link to Trustpilot reviews is: https://www.trustpilot.com/review/ontelcatalog.com
That is where you should have put the review (if you want to use "Trustpilot"), not ontel.no.

Ontel yter en veldig god service med…

Ontel yter en veldig god service med høflighet. Det var en feil med et produkt men etterpå fikk jeg retur lappen fra bedriften fikk jeg en dyrere produkt på samme pris inkl. frakt. En annen produkt kom uten ledning men jeg fikk den andre gangen uten at jeg betalte både for produktet og frakt. Anbefales Applaus til bedriften. 👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿
