I emailed Desk Phone about this and Sophie looked in to the problem and solved it to my satisfaction and also told me about a new product as I was near the end of my contract which she sorted for me. Deskphone has a unique product on the market (their landline sim) which is not only most suitable to small and medium businesses but scales upto enterprise level. Call quality is the best and it relies on multiple networks which makes the signal even more robust. The best attribute which sets them apart is their Customer Support which is speedy, on point, and caring and has excellent follow-up. Full marks.

After moving both office and town, I've struggled to find a reliable business number.

Now I'm a remote worker I don't have the luxury of a landline, and as I'm remote in the middle of nowhere sense, mobile signal can also be a bit patchy!
