I ordered 2 personalized engraved necklaces on my first order. The order shipped in a timely manner. The processing time was about a week, which is average time for a customized piece. Very reasonably priced. Actually less than I would have expected to pay. I gave one piece to my husband as a keepsake and I have one for myself. I havent taken mine off since I received it. We absolutely love our necklaces. The engraving is just what we ordered. Quality work.
The order was placed as "Engraved necklace for cat lovers" but I sent an image of our sweet dog Bear. We had our personalized message on the reverse side. Would definitely purchase again from Only One and recommend to friends.

Very communicative customer service. At first I panicked because I thought the business was not legit. I searched phone number with no success. I sent an email to request a cancellation but a day after I had already received the necklace I ordered and it is beautiful. Glad the cancelation didn’t go through. I got the necklace for Mother’s Day ❤️☺️

This was my 1st purchase with this company and was not sure what to expect, overall I was very satisfied. I purchased my wife a custom necklace with engravings and it arrived on time for her birthday and was absolutely beautiful. I would definitely recommend them!

I ordered the heart, angel wing and birthstone necklaces for myself and my 2 step daughters when their father passed away.
They took much longer than expected to arrive but I was so impressed with the quality. There was even a tiny funnel for pouring ashes into the heart. It didn't get used though because the ashes were too course to pass through. It worked, however, to spoon them in.

I ordered a sterling silver ring for my mother for mothers day. This company engraved all four of me and my siblings names, added a birthstone for each month for us, and engraved "We Luv You". It was delivered today and it is amazing!!! It's beautiful crafted and real sterling silver. I was hesitant... because of some of the reviews, but I made a great choice taking a chance. My mother is going to LOVE THIS!!

I ordered a necklace for my girlfriend which never arrived. When I got in contact with the sites email there was no help at all and they refused me a refund or reissue of the necklace . Now I’m trying to bring the legal system into this to solve the issue. Avoid this site at all cost it is nothing but a Scam.

They list other stores items at rediculous markups and never send.

Customer service is the absolute worst. Was taunted then never given a refund. Also refunds have 30%-50% restocking fee supposedly ( even though you'll never get it).

I ordered from them on February 26th then I saw some very negative reviews which caused me to send them a email On March 8th, also I was ready to call my bank to reverse the charge. Then my husband brought in the mail and the necklace was here! It is way beyond what I expected. I did suggest to them a confirmation would have helped to not freak out. I’m very impressed with the necklace (for ashes). I posted this review originally two days ago. Since then i received several emails from customer service. Another 5 stars! They answered promptly and were very kind. I am so glad I didn’t freak out and stop this order. My sister saw the necklace and can not believe what I paid. My great niece is going to love it. I ordered a really cute necklace for my daughter for Christmas. It showed up two months late. The birthstone was incorrect but that didn’t matter because it fell out. I contacted them and they offered to remake it for another $20. Stay away!

Waited for ever for item to be shipped missed birthday got wrong item like 2 weeks late then was asked by support to ship my item to the person who purchased it and hope they would send me mines. Would not buy again would never recommend

Everyone is saying stuff never came, it’s takes awhile but learn to be patient! I have an amazing engagement ring that matches the photos perfectly, and a customized locket from my fiancé that has a photo of us lacquered over inside so it’s safe for me to always have on. Absolutely love this site and will no doubt be ordering more. If you’re a patient person it’s 100% worth the wait, quality of the items is great and won’t disappoint upon arrival

Terrible experience 30 days after my order was placed and no updates. Customer services responses make no sense and are broken English at best. I am cancelling the order to get refund through PayPal.
