Total waste of time, customer service suck

Placed an order on May 21st, acknowledged and accepted that the order could take up to 15 working days to process. Did not receive our order or any updates regarding it after 15 days, contacted them to find out what was going on, got no response.... contacted them again asking for a refund, finally responded apologising for the delay and told us some of out items needed re printing ..... another week goes by .... no update contacted them again got sent what felt like an automated response saying machines had failed and so on ..... left it a little longer and then requested a refund for the second time on April 28th, they did not respond to that email so I began the refund process through PayPal on the 29th ..... and now miraculously I get an email on the 1st June saying my order is with the delivery department, I responded to them saying I no longer want the order and have processed a refund as its too little too late. They have ignored that email and sent it out anyway got the tracking number today .... I intend to refuse the delivery, though I don't believe it will actually show up at this point. Save your time and money and don't buy from only games .... wish we'd looked at trust pilot first

Never Received Order

Placed an order on April 15th, and was only notified about a delay after I emailed inquiring about the order on May 18th. I gave them a firm deadline that I'd like to receive a shipping confirmation by the end of the month on May 31st or will have to cancel the order. Here I am now on June 3rd unfortunately writing a negative review and issuing a chargeback with my credit card company after receiving no shipping confirmation or communication since May 18th.

Ordered on March 7th, after 3 different correspondences after day 15 (there posted shipment date on their website) i informed them i was issuing a chargeback. Seven days after issuing a chargeback i'm given a shipping date and not being told the object has already shipped. i will continue to fight the charge as they seem to be thriving on shady business practices. Do not use this service

Placed an order March 15th - 5 weeks ago!

Placed an order March 15th, It's now April 18th with order not shipped. wrote them an email after 3 weeks and response order was in production with some print failure. (Not sure what that means). Two weeks later no shipment and no responses to several queries. Very disappointed as this is my first order and I failed to notice all the negative ratings about Only-Games.

Do not trust

Do not trust. Have mugged me off for months. Ordered a large order in January. Have chased several times. Every time it's the same reply - that they are reprinting today. That's the excuse for the last month. Do not trust them!

Just don't use this place

I made an order on January 11th. I just received it on March 11th. The funny thing is, it was the entirely wrong order. They sent me a bunch of tomb kings models when I had ordered a bunch of Slaanesh proxies. Still waiting for some sort of response from their customer support.

2 months waiting for broken miniatures

We ordered miniatures at only games at the second of January 2024 and waited until the 20th of February until they arrived. We asked them a few times via email why it is taking so long and their answer was friendly but had no real explanation in it. Today we were really excited to open the package until we saw that a third of them hat parts that are bent in ways that make to pieces unrecognizable e.g. swords that are bent like a banana. Some parts were broken. Also the bent parts look like the minis weren’t fully hardened before Someone put them into the package. We are so disappointed and will definitely never order at only games again.

Delayed AND lost my shipment, unbelievable!

Placed an order January 10th. The items were finally dispatched February 8th via DHL as they were kind enough to upgrade to expedited shipping for free due to the long wait. However after checking tracking there were no updates other than shipping received. Feb 09 I requested why it was still not picked up by DHL. They responded they would look into it. Feb 14th, I asked again for an update. Feb 16th (today) they finally got back to me saying they're considering the parcel lost.

At this point my patience has exhausted due to length of wait and the sheer audacity that they lost a package that was intended for expedited shipping in order to make up for the delay.

I've requested a full refund and will be contacting the credit card issuer in regards to this.

Please do not ever purchase from them.

If you're a dropshipping seller

If you're a dropshipping seller, please avoid at all costs. Your reputation as a seller may be at stake.

I should've listened to the other reviewers regarding their shipping time and product quality.

I was looking for an affordable and easy way to sell a product my customers were eagerly asking for. I always do a trial run of 4-5 people before mass-advertising, and thank goodness I did just a trial.

The orders were placed a couple weeks before Christmas, but were dispatched far after the estimated delivery date that they gave to us, sometimes up to two weeks late.

When orders finally arrived, there were broken parts, and as my product has connectors that have to be assembled, there were blobs in the print that caused the assembly process to be very difficult for consumers.

I know it's an issue with production as I ordered a sample in the past that did not have the production issues.

The concept of this business is great, but for me to return, this company needs to seriously improve its production quality and capacity to fulfill orders on time.

Until then, I will encourage other dropshipping sellers like myself to avoid Onlygames and go somewhere else.

I would give zero stars if I could had to file complaints with multiple agencies, both United states and the UK. Do not use their products. Do not waste your time trying to purchase you will not receive it and you will not receive a refund. I have had to take legal action.

Worst customer experience I ever had until now (and that's not over)

06/02/2024 It seems they are unable to fulfill orders in time since some months. We can understand they got troubles with Christmas but one month later, they still can't send an order I made right at the begining of the year. I got some explainations by mail but it's been around 2 weeks and I still didn't got news about my order, if they started to print it or not.

07/02/2024 : a customer support member mailed me today to say my order was produced and should be shipped this week. I wait to see

10/02/2024 : update for 07/02 : I received a text message from my postal service who asked me to pay service fees for a tracking number who seemed to came from only game. They never mailed me to communicate the tracking number. I toke the risk and paid. the order was delivered today... and one of the think I ordered was missing. I warned the service and I wait for an answer (and, I hope, some additionnal stuff for apologies because I'm really disapointed).

I'll keep updating this review but I don't think I'll add a star... One star is probably the best I'll give after all this mess... or maybe two, according of what they'll do to fix the mess, but I wont have any hope now

Scummy Customer Service

I had ordered some proxy orc miniatures and some assorted bits off of them for my girlfriend as a Christmas present.

The website itself laid out its shipping guidelines for when to order so it would make it to my place before Christmas, and my order was a few days ahead of that cut-off point.

Place my order, payment processes, and then nothing. No word from the website about any kind of delays or anything like that, Christmas comes and goes, still nothing.

keep in mind, they are not answering any of the customer support tickets. There is no hotline or tech-support phone number you can call you just have to shout into the void.

Fast forward to yesterday, to where they finally responded or took any kind of action after I had to charge back my card and dispute the transaction. At this point, I had even demanded for a refund on my customer support tickets and then they SHIPPED THE PACKAGE.

This company is wildly inept at best, and absolutely scummy at worst. This was my first and last order from this company.

I purchased multiple items from this company over two orders over Black Friday. The orders arrived but were incomplete and missing parts namely:

Suppressor Autocannon V2 – All Six, the entire order is missing
Axes Right PH – One Axe
Big fist Left PH – One Fist
Loincloths 1 PH – Three Loincloths (from the Physical Core pledge set)
Claws Right PH – Two Claws
Claws Left PH – Two Claws
Cloaks PH – One Cloak
Necklaces and greaves decorations PH – Five Necklaces, Three Greaves
Shoulder pads 5 PH – One Shoulder Pad

I raised a complaint with them on 23rd December stating what was missing and received a reply on January 2nd to say they would arrange replacement parts ASAP.

Two weeks have passed since that reply, my last e-mail to them a week ago was ignored, and it is now almost a month since I put in my complaint. I have not received any further update on my missing parts let alone received anything.

The parts I received were good but they seem unable to complete orders or provide a competent customer service.

18.01.24 - Two weeks have passed since I received a reply and I still haven't received my order in full.

01.02.24 - Another Two weeks pass. I state I will request refunds if my items do not arrive in the next two weeks. I am told that they will be shipped out the following day.

09.02.24 - Two more weeks pass and I receive nothing. I requested refunds but to their credit they refunded more than I requested, in fact more than half my order. They have further promised to complete the order regardless.

24.03.24 - They never completed the order as promised, but I'm happy with the refund.

FINAL EDIT: Major let down. Finally got the refund, but over a month of hassle, and with multiple reassurances that turned out false. It has been an awful experience shopping with them, I wish any one else luck and hope they get what they pay for or at least a speedy refund.

I placed this order on December 23rd. They say on the website all orders will be made and shipped with in 10 working days. I had to reach out via email to find out that they were behind on orders after it had been over 2 weeks and they had said my order would be shipped in the next few days. It’s been over 5 days since then, over 15 working days and I haven’t heard anything! When I reached out on social media who ever responded said the size of my order was the issue.

EDIT: They have since responded and shipped out the order, hoping the quality was worth the wait.

EDIT 2: Finally got the order delivered. The entire reason I was told it took so long was the big bits pack I ordered was made to order and it was to large to be done in 10 days. Well the package that was delivered did not include the majority of my order. Just 3 swords and 4 loincloths. Now I have to reach out again in order to see what is going on and where it is or if this company even decided to send it out!

I’m going to be trying to get a refund because this is unprofessional.

Still Waiting For A Response (Bad Customer Service)

I have placed an Order on December 19th 2023. Over the past few weeks I have sent messages via the site form they keep suggesting. I have consistently been checking on my Order and as well my email to see if I have received any response or if my order is fulfilled. I am very disappointed by the customer service so far as I am receiving Radio Silence. I am currently at 2 stars as I have yet to receive any of the prints that I ordered.

Edit: They have gotten back to me and has answered my questions in regards of the status of my order. It indeed does take about 2 days for them to get back to you but at least they have gotten back to me. I am looking forward to seeing the bits when they show up.

Only-games.co very poor customer service and quality of goods

I made a purchase on 29/11/23, using the klana option. Money left my account and no conformation of order, I raised a complaint with klana. I emailed via the contact message on the website and was emailed back saying they couldn't find order with number i had. I added docs with proof of payment out of my bank to their company. I then placed another order on the 13th December order number on email OG231572911LDN
Order arrived and I wrapped it for Xmas
Christmas day came and when opened it had parts missing. Photos taken and emailed back to the email contact I had before. Multiple emails sent asking for missing parts or complete replacement, as of yet no reply.
Will update should the matter be resolved.

Update 10th January 2024
I have now received the replacements for the models.
I can say that the replacement did arrive quickly from receiving email.
So experience wasn't great, but I would purchase from them again.

Late, imperfect, but you do get them without resin cleanup I guess

13 working days (17 actual), so far, with no update on an order.

Shame, I theoretically ordered to get it before the holidays.
I’ll update when I get an update and/or the order.

Other reviews look like there is some kind of customer support and/or time scaling issue. Wish I checked here first.

24/12/23:
Got 3 emails.
One apologising for the delay citing reprint for quality control and ticket delays.
Another, a general email apologising for delays due to excessive orders.
And the last, a general email regarding a sale event.

That’s it, I just don’t get an update specific to me and it’s delayed for an unspecified time.

Also these things don’t go together.
Is it a broken ticketing system, a messed up print or too many orders?
Trying for more business when you have too much?

29/12/23:
Not sure why there are no updates on orders.
Still sat at unfulfilled at the moment.
Guess I’ll update if and when I do get my order.

I got them in the end, just took way longer than the website indicates, they’re not perfect, some layer lines on one, broken bit on the other. Added stars as you ,ay be fine with this if you don’t have a resin printer or make more imperfections/broken parts than this does 🤷
