Absolute shambles of a company. I have been trying to withdraw winnings for the past week which all get declined due to technical issues which from reading other reviews have been ongoing since December 2025. All you get is silly emails back saying “hope all goes well soon”. Also beware they add cash bonuses to your account without you asking. £250 with a £10000 wager!

I tried to join Copybet but somehow it went this site which I thought must be part of Copybet. I deposited £20 and soon realised I was on a different site and was not what I wanted. So almost immediately I contacted them to say I wanted to close my account and my deposit back. They have closed my account but refuse to return my deposit. They claim I have purchased something as they call my deposit a refund. I'm 75 and perhaps my eyes are deceiving me! Anyway, for the sake of £20 I wonder what will happen should amyone win money. It is up to you but my experience is disgusting and unlawful as far as I am concerned. Good luck to you all.

If I could give it 0 stars I would! I have used this site for a while but never won anything, it has always been fine depositing, last week I won £300 and tried to withdraw it, it was declined twice, once for verification purposes which is fine, I sent all documents off and my account was verified, I tried to withdraw again and it was declined, I got in touch and they said I didn’t put the state in properly so I had to put GB in the country, I done this and withdrew it again, now it has been pending for 7 days, and alls I hear is ‘ we have spoken to the financial department and we will let you know when there is an update ‘ there hasn’t been an update yet and then today when I got in touch with them again they said there having technical difficulties, I personally feel that they keep hold of funds hoping you will cancel the withdrawal and play on to lose your money so they don’t have to pay you out! Very unfair as they take deposit no problem but will not pay out, hoping I get my money in the end as I will not be cancelling the withdrawal!

Useless company.

Useless company.

I'm waiting for a withdrwal of £220 which i first withdrew on 27th december 2025. I still have not received it. The first time I tried to withdraw by bank transfer, my withdrawal was pending for 3 days until i had to contact live chat to find out what was going on. Their agent was useless and told me to try again later due to technical difficulties. I tried to withdraw again the next day and it got rejected and i got an email asking to contact support for more information. I then was told that there was technical difficulties and to try another method. On thursday i withdrew my money by crypto and i'm still yet to receive it after the standard 48 hour timeframe for processing elapsed. All chat agents are useless.

Pros: your own vip manager, swift responses and lots of bonuses. Lots of slots and decent odds.
Cons: make sure you get your paperwork in order. Verification is harsh. Paid me out once with a short wait. Second time you’d think would be faster, I was waiting days for other payments. They never came. After 4 days you gamble the money as you get fed up of waiting. I’d consider avoiding this service.
