So in my case
So in my case. Toy was $9 - was charged $16 for shipping, sending back the item I paid $10 - They refunded me $9. So I wore $25 for bothering to send them back the item.
Just use a conglomerate platform or another better toy shop. This website is just abusing customers. No other store I've bought from online in the last 10 years, and I buy from a lot of stores, has ever not refunded me the full amount when I returned an item PLUS these guys charged me to ship it back to them. You can't do both and have the customer not have a dirty taste in their mouth.
Abhorrant misuse of customer online trust. They are some unknown shop - could be any kind of scam - and they are charging me shipping fees to trust them? Rediculous, just use a bigger platform that doesn't rip you off for return shipping. If I had bought THEIR item on ebay, ebay would have forced them to give me back my initial shipping costs. Rediculous.

) is aligned with standard practice across many online retailers:
If an item is faulty or sent incorrectly, we cover all return shipping costs and provide a full refund, including original postage.
For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers the return postage, and the product cost is refunded.
In your case, the item purchased was $8.49, and express shipping of $16.48 was selected at checkout. Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on distance from our Melbourne warehouse, and it appears this may not have been noticed at the time of purchase. Unfortunately, this made the overall cost feel out of proportion once the product was returned.
We’re a family-run Australian toy store, Melbourne-based in Sunshine West VIC 3020, and have been proudly serving customers since 2005. While we may not be as large as marketplaces like eBay, we take pride in offering genuine products, safe shopping, and fast delivery.

Very impressed
I ordered two toys for my grandsons first birthday a week ago on a Monday. I paid for standard delivery. They were delivered here on the NSW Central Coast by the Wednesday. They are great quality. Im very impressed by the delivery time as it came from Melbourne.
