Being a diligent online consumer I checked that what I wanted was in stock before ordering as I understand that online stock levels may not be accurate.
Online stockist confirmed that what I wanted was in stock so I ordered immediately and also let them know through our WhatsApp conversation that I had just ordered. A few days pass and my order status hadn't moved and I wasn't too concerned as not everyone can deliver as quickly as Amazon.
Then they contact me wanting me to purchase a different product instead. I immediately told them that I don't want this one and would like an immediate refund so I can purchase what I want from someone else as they had my money for almost a week and didn't have my ordered product in stock. They said they would do this, but they did not, so I had to go through the long PayPal process to get a refund. Basically I was without my funds for about three weeks as they didn't want to tell the truth about not having something in stock, so they could try to pull a bait and switch.
I'll never be going back to shop with them. If they were honest and responsive I would have gladly shopped there again, but they were neither.

A couple of mates recommended me their unbranded gloves and they're cheap and great value. Ordered a pair myself so £35 delivered and they arrived within 5 days. The quality is fantastic, a great bargain and really comfy. Would recommend.

Ordered moonwalkr pads in blue.
Got a text via WhatsApp after a week saying out of stock can you have black. To which I had no option as they hadn’t provided eta on when they will be back…. So I went with black.

Went onto website that afternoon and few days later to see if blue ones are still available to my surprise they still were order-able …. Not great as other may who have ordered probably got same text……

I have been using these guys for a number of years, customer service is fantastic and all the gear I have bought has been faultless.

He is basically lying to you about bats. He also give you the maximum price. Very bad customer service. Sends the ping test with a different newer ball to make a bat seem better. He's scamming you.

Great place to buy cricket equipment. Ajit is a fantastic guy he can advise you what’s best as well. I have bought many times.

Wrong item sent and disgraceful service. I spent a lot of money.

As I am based out of India, I was looking for online supplier from where I could order complete cricket kit while ensuring best quality product as well as smooth delivery. I was suggested OnlineStockist and I have not been disappointed. Right from providing suggestion with best available cricket gear within my range and for my style of play, OnlineStockist has been thoroughly professional. The items were handpicked and delivered to my location with proper packaging. I have also found pricing to be reasonable and given that I was dealing completely online, I find them to be transparent and honest in their dealing. I will highly recommend them to order for your cricket gears especially if you are not able to get them in-person and are looking for reliable online source.

We, Oulu Cricket Club, based in Oulu, Finland have been engaged with onlinestockist.com since 2015. Since then we have been ordering our club equipment from them every year.
It has been a good experience every time. Best part is that if you given them your requirements, they will suggest the right product and the recommendations are always as per requirement.
Delivery is fast, less than 2 weeks to Finland, though delivery cost is bit higher but it compensates with the price and quality of equipment you get.
Communication is fast, via whatsapp, you can get the picture of exact product which is being delivered.
For Club's equipment perspective, its a one stop destination.

Great customer service. Rapid delivery to the U.K. prompt response to queries and good quality stock

Helped with stock availability and shipped quickly. Order was delivered within 3 days. Have ordered gear in the past and would be happy to order more in the future.

Hi Gabbar,
Just wanted to say thanks to you and Ajit for your patience and getting the order shipped in two days.
This is my third time ordering from you guys and I must say , you guys are best when it comes to customer service, quick turnaround and unbeatable price.

Will be shopping from you guys in near future and recommend you guys to anyone who is looking to curate a cricket kit

I have been purchasing cricket gears bat/gloves/pads/clothing from online stockist for more than 6 years now. The quality is premium for very reasonable price compared to UK market prices. My son plays for Northats Academy and he only prefers bats from OnlineStockist. They are specialised in fulfilling custom orders based on weight and balance prefered by the player. Although its shipped from India the delivery times is 5 to 6 working days in most of the cases. I would highly recommend OnlineStockist. Ajeet thank you for been such a wonderful cricket supplier for over the years

After reading all the reviews i was not too sure to place the order and will it be delivered on time or wilk the transaction be secure , but i still placed the order for 5 of my team players , response time was good i was give updates at all the stages from payment to shipment - items arrived fairly quick keeping in mind it was comming from india … i was surprised how quick the delivery was , items were packaged nicely and nothing was damaged , alk the team members were glad to recieve their new kits n helmets , some changes to order were made after payment and their tesm was kind enough to make those changes at no extra cost to me ! Will highly recommend and will be placing another order very sooon for the remaining players of my team

I have been buying cricket bats and softs for myself and my team from onlinestockist.com since 10 years now. There is not even one instance where I would say that it was not perfect. From initial assistance in equipment selection, quality, price, quick delivery, prompt response, creating/procuring special equipment, everything is perfect with them. With them you only get the best quality original equipment at the best available price in the market. I am very fortunate to have such a relationship with onlinestockist.com and will continue long in future.

I've used this guys to get my kit from multiple times. The guys are super friendly and helpful. Most recently we had to wait for SS to restock due to IPL demand. But the guys at online stockist were always honest, transparent and helpful. And in the end, they were able to ship my kit to the UK in just over 3 days which is incredible.

The best buying experience you can get ever - best performance bats, quality gears, superb customer support. Ajit possesses amazing knowledge and experience to suggest the right things for you. He asked me all the right questions to understand my requirements, bat profile, weight etc. I have been ordering from him for last five years and it’s always a pleasure. I have recently received a bulk order just within few days to 🇬🇧 and all the bats are smashing guns and ready to play. Thank you so much Onlinestockist team and Ajit. Keep up the good work.
