I ordered labels 26/09 and still nothing delivered by 03/09 (over a week later)

I think its a bit cheeky as these labels are certainly not cheap

Had i known it would take this long I would have gone elsewhere. Pretty bad service considering Im a loyal customer having spent £100s with these guys

havent got my ordre yet. i payed the 9th and was in my country the 22th and have been sitting in coustomes since... tried to contact Onlinelabels they just say we will contact you and dont do......

I have been purchasing labels from Online Labels for years now and have always received excellent customer service and quality labels from them.

The labels are quality, but if you attempt to print with them using their templates, it leaves a watermark making 25% of the labels useless. Just a huge waste environmentally and to all the small businesses that use their products.

Tried to use a credit card. Billing address didn't match shipping address so it was rejected. Difficult to change to another card, and then to change numbers already entered for last card. Order finally went through but the next morning they demanded I call them to confirm a $45 order, repeating one I have placed several time to same name and address in the past. No better way to send me to Amazon.

Can’t believe this company took 10 days just to dispatch an order! what are they doing when the order is placed, or are they based in China or somewhere!!
Needless to say we won’t be ordering from them again.
Do not use this company if you need labels quickly, they will promise you 2/3 days delivery, but won’t tell you about waiting 10 days before dispatching it!

I paid $4.95 for a sample of my product logo sticker and received 3 pieces of print paper with my labels printed on them.. something I could have done at home. I called in and spoke with someone who said they’d be able to help me as I did not get what I wanted.. one single label to determine if I wanted to move forward with printing my product labels. He asked me to email in what I received and reiterate what I wanted and got an email back saying I need to pay again. Please also note I called in and spoke with someone prior to me even making the order to assure I did it correctly.. so I spoke to 2 different people by phone to try to get exactly what I wanted. Do not choose this company as they have you pay $5 for nothing. Complete waste of time.

I never feel comfortable ordering printing services online but took a chance with Online Labels. Shipping was fast, quality was excellent. Very pleased!

We had been using this company for approximately 3 years without any problems at all...until 2024. Suddenly, orders aren't dispatched, responses to emails non existant and finally, in desperation, we had to go elsewhere. It's a massive shame when a company allows service to fall off a cliff, but this is exactly what has happened here.

Unfortunately, we no longer trust them to deliver and no longer recommend them to anyone.

Have been buying my labels here for years now. Recently started a new skincare brand so it was back to the site to find the right sizes for my cosmetic pots, as well as weatherproof labels and various others for wax melts clamshell packaging and pouches. It’s usually a speedy delivery unless they’re not in stock, which has happened once in 3/4 years. I’ve requested advice before to understand white based printing and labels and how it works and they responded straight away with an explanation and suggestions as it was all very new to me. Great customer service. I also use their label designer to create my designs for all of my labels as well which I find to be straight forward to use. Honestly can’t fault them.

Placed an order on 1st March, after chasing the order twice on each occasion I was told it was ready for dispatch but then nothing appeared and the order just permanently says 'ready for dispatch'. If you start lying to customers then you really have reached the bottom considering you boast 'Award Winning Customer Service'.

I had been waiting for my order to be dispatched for a month (all the items were in stock according to the website). When I sent an email to their support I was told it was expected to be sent within 24h. Never happened. My next email was ignored for 4 days.

I got so fed up, I opened a new support ticket where asked them to cancel my order. At least that was done within a day.

Very clear, easy to use website, and customer service is always exceptional! I received perfectly beautiful custom labels within just two days. Very happy!

Terrible customer service! Can't believe the time, energy, and issues I've had all the way from shipping and receiving my item, the quality and inaccurate description of my item, and the supposed "hassle-free" return! They have a hassle free return policy, but don't be fooled, because it is nowhere near hassle free nor are they polite (Matthew T.). Stick to Amazon, a place where customer service exists and quality products are what they say they are for an online shopping experience!
