We are more than impressed with the quality of the units, the fact that the backing is solid and even the hinges colour coordinated really impressed us. We are designing and fitting the kitchen ourselves and found it very easy to do with the help of the website and chat.

Prompt response to quotation request; delivered on the date promised. The website doesn't work properly, which is frustrating - but good old fashioned customer service replaced it well.

Online Kitchen Store is an absolutely fantastic company. They were extremely helpful in every way. Because getting tradesman at the moment is very difficult I booked kitchen fitters before I had ordered the kitchen itself. I had been dealing with a kitchen designer remotely because of the lockdown and having agreed the layout OLKS were happy to lease with my designer and the kitchen was delivered numbered to co inside with the designers plans.
And then, the fully assembled kitchen was delivered within three weeks of placing the order. The delivery man was very helpful and pleasant, and was meticulous in checking off the items as they were unloaded which he helped with.
The kitchen has now been installed and my wife and I are absolutely delighted with it.

I had originally sent an email with how we won’t our kitchen layer so no need for design service and received a quote with lots of add ons. Phoned on two occasions to make make sure they could build anything for the kitchens to our designs.Yes was the reply. Also asked if we could discuss quote with someone on the day and place an order of visit to showroom. Yes there will someone there who you can talk to and place an order was the reply. Arranged an appointment and off we set on a 170 mile round trip. Arrived early and waited until out appointment time. Warmly welcomed and invited to have a look around showroom first. Then got together and asked some questions about the quote received and deleted the add ons. I asked about a particular unit which was to small for our butler sink and was told they could build it out with packing pieces because they buy the unit doors in. THIS IS NOT WHAT WE WANTED. Tried to talk about placing an order but told I must do it online. All in all we found it a complete waste of time going to the showroom and decided to order elsewhere

The communication was not at level sa before.

The design service was great and really helpful. The quality of my pantry units was excellent. Would definitely recommend.

Great Products delivered on time in the middle of a Pandemic need I say more?

Fantastic service, really easy to order and very quick. The quality is top class, easily as good as anything from top kitchen companies. I picked-up from the factory and they couldn’t have been more helpful - nice guys and a great service - will definitely buy again.

Kitchens are excellent quality, with colour coded carcasses, soft close bum hinges as standard and attentive customer service. I try and get all my kitchens here. Very competitive pricing also. Easy 5 stars!!

Very helpful and informative from the initial quote request and also incorporated some minor alterations required. Upon placement of order the delivery date quoted was less than 3wks and delivered as per programme, and the delivery man was also very helpful, even helping me to remove and refit my kitchen door to gain access for a large corner unit.The quality and finish of units is exceptional at very competitive prices. I would highly recommend.
