The package arrived on time and just what I wanted,

I bought a watch and necklace for my wife as a present just for her as she had recently given birth to our little daughter. I was looking for something unique that I couldn't just walk into a shop to find and did a quick google search for gothic jewellery. I'm glad I did, I'll have plenty of choice for future presents!

The Moulin Rouge Vampire Alchemy Gothic Necklace and itarrived one day later. Can't ask for a better service than that. The necklace itself is fantastic ( pretty sure I'll get plenty brownie points from my wife on Christmas day).

wrong image was displayed so did not get what i ordered, tried several times to contact them to return/ exchange but still waiting on any reply. good luck with this company, you might get what you order , but then again ..... !

update,,,, Finally got an email acknowledging that they had messed up and that it was the wrong item sent and told me to reply to email if i wanted to exchange it, i did so a week ago....... no further contact !, blamed me for not contacting them sooner ! i sent 4 emails to the costumer service email address...... so much for customer service !!! i'll not be ordering from any of their sites again.

I have bought these earrings as a Christmas present for my partner as she loves gothic jewellery. Very fast delivery and was also sent a nice little gift box to put them in. I will definitely buy from this seller again.
