OnlineAutoParts Recenzje

Dealing with Online Auto parts was the easy part and products were good quality.
However, the transport company was far from acceptable. Dispatched from Brisbane on a Friday for delivery to Toowoomba Wednesday . Then advised there was a 48hour delay so delivery would be Friday morning.
After calling the "call center in the Philippines was told the goods were delivered to the Toowoomba depot on Tuesday . Only other choice was to visit the local depot to collect the goods however they were still packed in the Tuesday crate. Upon waiting for 30 minutes they evenually got my parts out. Then forwarded emails advising my delivery had been completed. Suggest you get another courier for outside Brisbane.

Really happy with the product received. Part arrived quickly with no fuss and of course the price was fantastic. Can highly recommend using Online Auto Parts again 😊

Fantastic prices and quick delivery. Parts were exactly as described. Will definitely use them again. Thanks again.

I've always got great Service from this Crew. Wide Range of Parts. Competitive Prices. Easy To Find on the Site. Shipping Quick.

So glad we found this store.
Had ordered a part on Ebay and even though it said it was for our Model car they were just a tad too long.
This site was clear with measurements and what cars they're meant for.
Postage was super fast and well packed and they fit perfectly.
So comforting to know where we can find future parts for our 2016 Territory.
Thanks all, cheers

The customer services provide to me was exceptional and five stars.

User friendly website with a huge range of parts in stock. My order was dispatched and delivered promptly. Excellent service.

Very keenly priced products - way cheaper than the nig chain stores. The order was ready to pick up pretty quickly too.

Five Stars Out of Five !
Great customer service.
July 2026.
Found the replacement part for my Hyundai on their extensive website, payment process easy and delivery within days.
Had the part installed and mechanic noticed unfortunately the part was incompatible.
SMS'd their helpful support team.
Sent videos of error part and was given option to refund or replace.
I opted for replacement and that parcel arrived within days.
Thanks Autoparts! Five Stars!!

My order came super quickly and was exactly what I needed. Will order from this website again.

It all went well easy to find your parts , very reasonable prices and fast postage
Recommended. Thank you

Received the part promptly and works well very happy with the service

Fast and easy way to find the part needed.

Adjustments on headlights dont work AT ALL they just spin and dont seem to be attached to anything . Tabs are six to ten mm out of alignment which means they dont just bolt up.
Delivery was fast.

Great people to deal with, cheap products that are pretty good value for money, will definitely be coming back again

it looks a good product one mistake you have put the drain in the top tank not the bottom

Pulley I bought has excessive inner race lateral play. Contacted sales team and have got no response from them. Poor form.

Was fortunate enough to get a recent email from Online Auto and some parts for my Mazda B2600 were half price, so have bought some future replacements and let some friends know of the offers. I always check this store before going anywhere else, much better prices and delivery costs are very reasonable.

Easy to order and collect. OAP always has what i need at competitive prices. Been shopping here for years now and will continue for years to come
