The staff at One Wood Flooring are professional, knowledgable and very helpful. They patiently answered all our questions and laid to rest any concerns. The floor layer was exceptional in attention to detail and consideration.

I was very happy with the services you supplied. The fitter was very punctual and friendly, I would have no hesitation to recommend your company.

Very happy with all aspects of our installation. The floor looks great.

Efficient, prompt and professional

We bought our 80 square metres of wood flooring from One Wood Floors. Now 2 years later Dimi and Sam came to clean and redo the oiling. They did a superb job, first checking the condition of the floors, then sanding, cleaning and recoiling. The flooring now looks new and is protected. The management, Terry and Paul were helpful throughout and happy to give advice on when to put furniture back etc. We would not hesitate to recommend One Wood Floors to our family and friends. They were professional and courteous in all our dealings. We wouldn’t use anyone else. Richard and Delma Jones, Cheam, Surrey.

Super service from One Wood Floors, prompt, on time from day one. Many thanks to Paul the installer, nothing was to much for him to do, any problems, he would work around them. Such a perfectionist! My hall and lounge look great, with the flooring now in place. So much so, that I do not want to put any furniture back to cover it up!

Beautiful floor expertly laid by a friendly guy, what more do you want?

One Wood Floors have done a great job at restoring our parquet flooring, Dimi who was doing the work was a really great guy, honest, tidy and efficient. Would definitely recommend!

Great service from start to Finnish we always use one wood floors for any wood flooring and they never let us down. Very professional team always a pleasure to work with.

Not the cheapest but you get what you pay for- a very professional trouble free service.
We are delighted with the quality achieved

Excellent service from Terry & Paul at One Wood Floors. They measured up the space to give an accurate cost for the quantity of flooring. They checked the floor moisture levels twice before fitting the new floor (new extension with underfloor heating in a concrete sub floor) and did a great job fitting the new floor in the time frame as promised. Great job! Nik, Kolaris Design Ltd

The team was very reliable and professional front initial enquiry to procurement of the wood to preparing the floor for laying the wood floor to eventually laying the floors.
We are extremely pleased with the look and finishing

Excellent - fantastic quality of workmanship and easy to organise.

Happy customer!

Excellent! No fuss, no mess. Helpful, friendly and professional.

Great product selection, professional staff, competitive pricing and good installation team.

Nice people but various hiccups with start dates, errors made during the job and lack of communication. The way they were going to tackle the job was not explained well at the start and that led to avoidable misunderstandings. Priced well to competitors (middle range) and we wanted to go local. Largely happy with the end result but overall experience could have been better. Various requests for a call back were unsuccessful despite promises from staff.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Paul was great. Fair prices
