I ordered the Angel costume/pajama (Lilo &
Stitch) for my daughter for Halloween and was worried it wasn’t going to arrive in time. However the Customer Service was great and very responsive. The order came earlier than expected and right in time for her to wear to the Spooktacular event at our local zoo. I had ordered a backup just incase but I’ll be returning the backup as the quality of this one was so much better! She was very happy.

Quick response from customer service. I received the correct items and they arrived on time. The quality of the onesies are good, they are very soft and warm! I'll definitely be ordering again!

Promoting items online that they don’t even have in stock. Sent me an email asking me to pick something else meanwhile the same onesie is still online for purchase. Very disappointed I do not recommend at all.

I'm giving 2 stars because the actual items are okay but overall NOT a good customer service experience. Placed and order and paid for expedited shipping. Got the confirmation that stated I would be getting an email with tracking information. Three days later I still had not received any tracking information so I reached out to them and basically they "forgot " to send it . Finally got the email the next day and when I looked at tracking it showed that they did not even ship it until after I sent my initial email requesting the shipping. By now it's almost to the date I should have received the items since I paid for expedited shipping which was clearly a waste of money. I didn't receive the items for 3 weeks...long enough that I figured it wasn't going to arrive (tracking also stalled with no movement for days) and i needed them for a work event so I had to find another site to order from and filed a complaint . They responded offering half of my shipping as a sorry. I explained that after paying for expedited shipping and the items taking so much longer I no longer needed them and wanted to refuse the shipment and asked for a return label. They refused and said if I wasn't happy I could return it at my expense! Which would be about $60... for a $100 order that's just insane. I'm going to end up selling them to try and recoup some of my money but would absolutely NEVER recommend this business.

Our package was taking a bit too long to arrive so we contacted their support. They accommodated us and helped us track our parcel and did their best to update it's status until it finally arrived home!

I love how they always find a way to improve even if their quality is already beyond great expectations. This is a business that truly cares about their customers and I'll definitely be buying again!

I'm a returning customer and buy onesies every holiday. I can attest to the great quality of their onesies, they actually keep improving them!

As a onesie fantastic, I tried so many onesies from different stores both online and off and I can confidently say Onesiebuy is one of the best ones in the market!

It's my third time buying onesies from Onesiebuy and their quality never disappointed. Every single one of my onesie orders is well made. I'm satisfied with the service and the quality of the order!

It’s not a scam. My “7-14 day shipping” took 35 days, so if you don’t mind a wait I’d recommend. The onsie is high quality. I got a summer one, the fabric is thin and stretchy, good for keeping cool.

It is a legit establishment, but as the title says, it just took too long to deliver, and by the time my package arrived i had already asked for a full refund.
I would have waited without a problem if it wasn't because after 2 weeks in, the tracking stopped and it just said "in transit" without further information.
After a month of it not changing i started to believe that my package was lost or that i had been scammed, so i asked for a full refund and they gave it to me without a problem.
Two months after this i decided to check the tracking just for curiosity and it suddenly said that it was "in process", and after another two weeks from this change the package finally arrived.

I have to say, the onesies are from a really good quality and price wise they are just right, but i wouldn't recommend buying here unless you're willing to trust and wait at least 4 months for your package to arrive.

They sent the package with a fraudulent postage. It was a Christmas gift so I had to have it or I would have sent it back. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS RETAILER

Worst customer service. They did not email me for two weeks about shipping so I didn’t know if my product was shipped or not. I emailed them to see if it was shipped and if it was not then I wanted to cancel. They email me back saying it has already shipped but looking at the shipping tracker I saw that they processed my order a day after I sent the email which means they shipped my product even though I wanted a cancellation! So unprofessional!! I called them out on the delay in processing and shipping since their website said they are shipping within 24 hours during Halloween season so I was expecting a little delay but not 2 weeks. I then asked for a refund and return (emailed 3 times) and they ghosted my emails and won’t respond. Never buying from this site again and not recommending to others!!

Don't buy anything from this site. Your order will not come during the expected arrival and they will not respond to your email. I'll be disputing this charge
