Long time key delivery. It says instant delivery, but it is not. Everything else is ok.

First the slightly negative. I've ordered many games here, and sometimes the code they provide (by their own supplier) turns out to have already been used. That has happened twice over a span of around 15 keys, but their staff always show the absolute best example of how support is supposed to work. The positive is that, 9/10 times I've bought a code, it's has arrived 2 seconds after the order is complete, and that is why I keep using one play.com thanks for all the cheap codes guys!

Let's start with the good:

The prices are great, often the lowest you can find on the web. They offered Deux Ex Mankind Divided for half of its price on Steam, so well worth your time.

Support is rather fast with their response, it usually took about an hour to get a reply. I hope this won't change, it's a welcome difference of the usual 'within 48 hours' poop.

The website is fast and easy on the eyes. Available in many languages and currencies.

Now the bad, which is a longer story:

The website is a little buggy, some of the text moves beyond the borders of the frame, leading to some unreadable bits and hidden buttons. Nothing that prevents you from doing anything,. but it looks a little clumsy.

The ordering process needs a lot more clarification. Maybe this is better when using a credit card, but when using Paypal, it's unclear what you're doing:

So you place the order, a 30$ game, to be charged 1$ instead, while not explaining what this is for, why you pay this instead, if it's part of the whole price or some kind of added transaction fee.
I'm still not sure what it was for, but it's definitely not part of the price you see on the website.

So, Paypal confirms it like usual, I thought I was done. I was wrong.
I quote:

Step 1.
Please confirm your OnePlay Account by giving us your name, address, and telephone number.

Step 2.
Please provide a picture ID with a signature.

Step 3.
Please provide a credit card with a signature (Please cover sensitive information)"

This is not what you want to see when using Paypal (safe for both the vendor and the customer), coming from a respectable and wealthy country (ie. not Russia) and providing the exact same information in my OnePlay account as my Paypal account.

Still, as the third step wasn't applicable, I did go through the first two. After sending the information and a copy of my ID, they have the audacity to ask for another copy of my ID because it was 'hard to read'. This would be the point anyone would give up, ask for a refund and go buy their game elsewhere.

However, as I claimed my scanner was old and the quality wouldn't improve, they accepted this and confirmed my order. (Why not do this in the first place?)

The support also claimed they would send a free 'mystery Steam key' in compensation for my troubles. This still hasn't happened, but I'm okay with that.

One day before the release of the game (this was a pre-order), I was charged the 30$ mentioned in my order confirmation (not retracting the 1$ I paid initially) and was sent my key. This key worked perfectly fine, for the record.

So to conclude, it's far from perfect, especially the Paypal payment process needs to be clarified a lot better. Needing to prove to that I am who say I am is annoying, but would be far less annoying if they weren't so picky about the quality of the documents you send them. (I'd suggest you never send a crisp clear ID to anyone, nor should they expect to get one)

In the end, I did get my game, I paid a lot less than on Steam. In most cases I would've been happy and wouldn't even bother to write a review here. Weren't it for the intrusive manner of verification.

I might order here again if they keep their prices as low as they are, especially now that I know how things work here. As long as I don't need to verify another order.

The website delivered the games as promised. The only problem is that I had to wait. I bought a $1.99 random steam key first to actually see if the website will work and I had to wait. So I went through and bought the new Deus Ex. Unfortunately, unlike other websites like this.... I had to wait until next morning for the money to actually be taken out of my account and to get my codes. This company runs out of Vegas which is nice, but terrible also. Unlike other companies like this one they do not have an automatic system that will send out codes and go through payments right way. It seems like this website you actually need to wait until people are in the office to get your orders processed. Lastly,the payment method. I added my paypal because normally you need to log into it every time to make a payment. Well... Some how this website can get around the log in. With my second transaction it instantly withdraw purchased the game some how bypassing the login for paypal. Kind of scary. Other then that to sum it all up, this website is good. There is a lot of things that they could use improvement on so it doesn't seem like a shady site.

OnePlay offered Deus EX Mankind Divided at $32 and put a hold on my CC. Then they canceled the order this morning, blamed it on me, and suggest that I order again - now for $45.

Well, I did order. From another company.

Yes, this was my first order and it went very well.No problems got my game key and started download on Steam.

You gotta be careful when you use this site, I wanted to buy xbox gold membership yesterday, but when i added a knew credit card for payment, and pressed add, the website just went white. So after a while I closed the browser and tried to do it again. This time i worked but apparently the bug on the first try made me buy the membership twice, I didn't even press accept anywhere on the first try. So now I have paid for 2X 12 month membership and they are not responding to my emails!

Have shopping games all worked out fine :)

Made me go through some verification process in which I had to send a picture of my ID and credit card just to tell me they were out of stock of the game I wanted.

First, I tried to pay with Paypal and it didn't work. Got stuck every time with the message: "The payment wil now initiate in another window. If this window does not open automatically, Click here".

Second, I paid with card and my order was flagged for fraud and got declined. This is new to me since I buy all the time from other online stores without any problems.

My advice is to stay away from OnePlay.com if you don't want to hassle with bad payments.

I ordered one years membership of Xbox Live Gold. I chose OnePlay as they seemed cheaper than any other store available.

However to my surprise, i first received a 3% discount coupon, then proceeded and then received a new 10% discount coupon, to use instead.
The buying process was easy and fast. Redeeming the serial in the userpanel was effective and intuitive as well (even tho i had some issues ending up on some error, as it thought i wasn't logged on, even tho i was). Nothing bad to say otherwise.

In comparison, i could find the membership from other stores, for about 440 (DKK), and the finalised price at OnePlay was 289 (DKK). Definitely worth a return.

I ordered the command and conquer pack, very cheaply, and received confirmation at once, and the serial for the game pack at most 5 minutes later.

The only thing I that annoyed me a little, was that i couldn't put two of the same game in the basket - I wanted a second copy for my girlfriend, but that's impossible in one go.

Jeg havde en del problemer med at den ikke ville godkende min email i købsprocessen, da den sagde jeg var oprettet i forvejen, men "Glemt kodeord" kendte ikke min email, så jeg måtte bruge en helt anden for at få det til at virke.
Ellers var købsbeviset og koden på et XBOX abonement fremme hurtigere end man kan nå at indtaste koden, så det virkede bare.
Der står dog koden skulle bruges på PC og ikke XBOX så det var lidt forvirrende.

Der er ikke så meget at sige. Det var nemt og hurtigt, og prisen er god. Jeg har nogle gange købt fra OnePlay.dk, uden nogen videre komplikationer. Om ikke andet hvor de, uden skyld i problemet, fik ordnet sagerne.

Købte et spil på tilbud, så jeg vil godt kunne forstå hvis der ville være en leverings tid på det.

Men der stod at det ville 2-6 dages levering. der er nu præcist gået en måned siden jeg købt spillet. jeg snakkede med jeres support for et par uger siden, og de sagde at den snart ville komme inden for få dage.
Har åbenbart lært at man ikke skal købe spil på tilbud :/
