My onesie arrived with a hole in it.
Despite numerous messages to onepiece they just didn't want to know.
Rubbish company. AVOID

Your sizes are for skinny people with no boobs or bum, your unisex sizes are based on a male physique and even then don't take into account athletic men with large thighs who aren't super tall 🤦🏻‍♀️ personally being 163cm I should order a xxs, but due to having a round bum and DD boobs I have to get a size M which is soo baggy around my waist and the legs are waaay too long so the crotch hangs down, not flattering at all. Rate 2 for softness and stitching the rest lacks quality.

I ordered a jumper from them 2 months ago and it has not been delivered. They will not respond to the 8 emails I've sent to their cilustomer service nor the countless messages I've initiated directly on their website. 😡😡😡

Huge thanks to Hina at OP for an absolutely stellar customer service experience. A lost package issue was resolved within a day. There are so few companies that are a joy to work with these days, so OnePiece really stands out! And of course, the jumpsuits are fantastic quality, i’ve spent my whole life waiting to be this warm and cozy. Thanks Hina and OP 🙏♥️

Never delivered item and I had to initiate a credit card chargeback when they wouldn't respond to my emails.

I contacted onepiece about a broken zip on my onesie expecting a nightmare experience and was absolutely delighted to enjoy the best customer service experience I have ever had with Jayd! Jayd swiftly responded to my every email and resolved the problem in a morning, leaving me feeling super happy. Thanks to this fantastic experience I will never go anywhere else for my onesies AND I’ll be telling everyone who asks where they need to be going for theirs. Ten out of ten! Thank you so much Jayd

Heel fijne onesie lekker warm en zacht alleen jammer van de bezorg dienst ups normaal kwam het dinsdag aan tussen 09:45 en 13:45 maar niks dan heb ik het verplaats naar gisteren en weer niks en vandaag eindelijk gekregen

Super Jumpsuits! Hab ihn zu Weihnachten bekommen, leider ist der Reißverschluss nach dem Waschen kaputt gegangen, so dass ich ihn nicht mehr nutzen konnte.. Kundenservice reagierte schnell und überaus kulant! Ich musste nicht retournieren und konnte mir gratis einen neuen Jumpsuit bestellen :) bin positiv überrascht! Empfehlenswert 🙏

I have ordered the cosy red Lumberjacket Jumpsuit in XS according to the size chart recommendation on the website. I am 173cm tall and the item should easily have fitted. Unfortunately it turned out that this size was absolutely too short in CF length. I complained and customer service informed me that the return is for free in my case. In the end the reduced my original payment and I had to pay almost 14 EUR for the stupid return!!! I have written to Onepiece and opened a Paypal Case... - still no answer! I have ordered jumpsuits before and loved their items and service. I wonder what has happened... I can no longer recommend it. :-(

My order had been incorrectly picked. Instead of an S, I was sent an XS. To be fair to the warehouse pickers, the hang tag with the barcode on that they scan did say Small. I emailed to report an incorrect order, and within 2 days, I received a reply from Johnny with a code to order a replacement. As the one I originally ordered was sold out, I was able to order a different style at no extra cost. Excellent service from Johnny and the suits are really good quality. Very comfortable to wear, I've bought another 2.

Absolutely awful service. Ordered something on tge 16th of December, said online that guarantee for Christmas, but arrived on the 27th. It took them a week to create a label. So, the send it on tge 24th. Why advertise something that can't deliver. My son had no present to open. I know I should order earlier, but that's not point. They should advertise something that they can't deliver. I would hope for this to come on time, I would just order after or wouldn't even bother. I've asked for a compensation, as my son was upset, as no present was given, and they gave £3 back?! What a joke. Poor communication, no phone number. Not a happy customer here

First of all , the customer service is impeccable, I’ve had the pleasure dealing with Jayd who happens to have amazing customer service skills and is extremely knowledgeable when describing and explaining sizes . Answers emails in a very timely fashion and absolutely solves any issues or concerns . I very much appreciate that and this service keeps me as a customer . The one pieces are of the best quality, the velvet is thick and luxurious, the stitching is perfect, the zippers are heavy duty , and the pockets are placed in the perfect spots . I absolutely love these onsie’s and intend on purchasing more . I have 4 of them currently and each one is awesome !

Update: Instead of acknowledging and correcting the mistake, Onepiece is ignoring my claim and started to charge me fines for late payments for a fee they advertised wouldn't exist.

False advertising. They claim to offer free returns/exhanges in their advertising and feedback comments but that's not true. They charge 10EUR per return.

habe vor jahren drei jumpsuits gekauft -die trage ich heute noch - habe vor zwei jahren 3 jumpsuits gekauft -die sind bereits im müll -bereits habtisch mieseste stoffqualität -nähte und zippe irgenwie schräg eingenäht ,zerreissen nach wenigen wochen neben den nähten und das bei drei unterschiedlichen personen fast an den selben stellen -nach 3x waschen nur mehr fusselig der stoff gleicht eher einer serviette als allem anderen - bei so einem qualitätsverlust - nein danke nie wieder und auch keine weiteren kaufempfehlungen

I ordered a jumpsuit on Wednesday last week. Order confirmation received immediately and yesterday I received my package. That’s pretty quick.
My jumpsuit fits the description and the ordered size.
I’m so satisfied and can highly recommend the shop.

Apres une commande et un mail m'indiquant que ma commande avait été expédiée, rien au bout d'une semaine?!?! Je suis retourné sur le site pour essayer de trouver un lien vers le suivi de mon colis et rien. J'ai commencé à m'inquiéter et je suis donc allé consulter les avis ou, à leur lecture, j'ai du me résigner a me dire que je m'étais fait arnaquer. Et bien non, en fait; pas du tout!!! j'ai bel et bien reçu ma commande 2 jours aprés, parfaitement conforme a la description. Petite frayeur, mais finalement tout va bien. On pourrait éventuellement reprocher des tarifs un peu élevés (tout les articles se trouvent sur des sites chinois pour beaucoup moins chers).

Ik was een beetje voorzichtig gezien de slechte recensies hier eerder geschreven. Echter heb ik totaal geen problemen ervaren. Ja, de verzendkosten zijn echt aan de te hoge kant, maar ik heb rond black friday besteld en toen was er een actie dat je kon kopen zonder verzendkosten te betalen. De eerste onecie kwam dan ook snel binnen en ik was er erg blij mee. Ik heb er daarna nog 1 besteld, echter deze was niet helemaal goed gestikt bij de naden, waardoor hij erg raar zat. Contact gezocht met klantenservice. Na een dag kreeg ik gelijk een reactie, dat ik de onecie kosteloos terug kon sturen. Binnen een week had ik mijn geld retour. Door de klantenservice nog een bericht ontvangen met de vraag of ik mijn geld al terug had. Ik vond het zeer netjes! Klantenservice is overigens wel in het Engels.
Al met al ik zou hier zeker weer een aankoop doen, maar dan wel in combinatie met een verzendkostenvrije actie!

Délais d'attente très longue pour un site se situant à Paris... En réalité cela vient de Chine (emballage et adresse du style Aliexpress). Très déçu de la qualité du tableau, c'est horrible. Le cadre est en bois brute, pas de couleur comme présenté. Bref un cadeau que je vais offrir à contre cœur...
