Otroligt struligt att returnera till detta företag. Jag fick bara en UPS fraktsedel, alla instruktioner på engelska, och det gick inte att returnera på samma ställe där jag hämtade ut paketet. Nu har jag varit hos tre transportbolag och alla vägrar UPS. Ger upp och betalar eländet men jag kommer aldrig mer beställa från Onepiece!

Heb voor mijn kinderen op 22 November 3 onesies besteld voor mijn kinderen…. Had ze graag met Sinterklaas willen geven. Helaas tot de dag van vandaag nog niks ontvangen. (8december) geen contact met de klanten mogelijk via persoon tot persoon. Alleen contact met een chat robot waar je niks verder mee komt. Ben ruim 200€ verloren via deze partij. Zou echt ter strengste afraden zaken te doen met deze winkel.

Just the most fantastic customer service! Jayd was fantastic in tracking down my order and getting it to me before my event. Plus on top of that the onesies is amazing. So soft and well made. This won’t be my only purchase form Onepiece that’s for sure!

Made 2 orders - one arrived today with 5 pieces and every single item was wrong. I cannot find a phone number to call and have had no update on my second order. Very concerned that all items are not what i ordered and that i have no immediate way to contact them to ensure the items i do want are actually in stock. Now i need to go through the trouble of returning while they have my money and i don't have one correct item.

I've owned my black original onesie 2.0 for just over a year now. I wore it when it first arrived...& hated it. I've attempted to revisit it four times since, only to confirm that I really, really, do hate wearing the thing.
Clearly, most folk love their Onepiece, which leaves me to question why because my experience runs thus...
You put it on, fresh out the bag & within seconds it's covered in `stuff`. No matter how pristine the environment this black material sucks crap to it like a black hole sucks light. As a result one is perpetually picking/brushing at the thing, over & over...but to no avail...within minutes you'll look like you've just spent a rough night in a hedge no matter how frantically you try to avoid it.
The look is fully accompanied by the smell....I'm not the smelly kind thank the Lord but like us all, I can find myself wearing some cheap man-made synthetic garment that will inevitably start to honk. Whatever this thing is made of it ain't cheap but it has me (& itself) honking after 8hrs plus.
It's thoroughly uncomfortable to wear & aggravatingly so....it doesn't fit as photo's might suggest, rather it hangs from the shoulders with quite a weight, not made any lighter by the over generous hood tugging back on the neck. Sitting/crouching sees the thing pulling even more heavy on the shoulders unless you first hitch it up at the waist/butt to create some room.
It's cold....like literally shockingly cold.
This material sucks in cold like it sucks in dust...step into a cooler environment & it'll take that temp & pin it to your body in an instant...it's quite breathtaking, kinda worse than being naked in a sense! That instance aside, it's generally speaking, a cold thing to have on...in no way cosy/comfortable.
And then, to complete the experience, there's the practicality?
Already feeling as though you look/smell like something the cat dragged in, then getting caught-out when out & about feels somehow strangely appropriate...as, sitting on some suspect pan, this heavy, cumbersome, thing has no possible alternative other than to sweep the even more suspect wet floor around your feet.
And that's it...I honestly hate wearing the thing because I feel uncomfortable, cold & dirty in it....like I can't wait to get it off me & get into the shower.
Sorry Onepiece...even though it was my good money that proved wasted.
I should add in fairness...my partner has a pink teddy-bear Onepiece which she adores...always looks/smells gorgeous in it, only complaint that it's too cosy/warm...guess I just chose very badly on the strength of that?

My third piece and i am so happy because there was a mix in the address between Munich and Amsterdam! I wrote to the customer service and even it was already in delivery in Germany they managed to send it to the correct address in the Netherlands just 2 days later without any further action on my side. THANK YOU!

I realised I wrote my review on the wrong page, so I'll summarise it here. The onesies look great, but the quality is bad. 2 out of the 3 onesies I bought both had broken zippers within months of buying them. So yeah, it seems they have problems with the zipper quality, which is probably the most important thing about a onesie...

I have purchased many onesies from this company but will sadly not be purchasing from this company again after my recent experience. I bought the cashmere onesie… a very expensive onesie… which after only a few days of light wear had so much unsightly bobbling all over that it looked like an old garment of poor quality. I uploaded photos and left a review on their website reflecting my disappointment but they failed to publish my review or reply to it. I assume they only publish the positive reviews which is more than a tad misleading. Very very disappointing.

Bons produits bien qu’extrêmement chers. De toute évidence, le prix très élevé de leur article ne sert pas à offrir une expérience client de qualité.
La seule option possible pour l’acheminement étant UPS qui livre systématiquement dans des relais colis, c’est comme jeter de l’argent par les fenêtres.
Service client nullissime, qui sous un faux air cool, vous répond sans même vérifier votre commande. Ment lorsqu’il s’agit de prétendre que le colis sera redirigé et prend votre problème à la légère. 400€ perdus à jamais. Onepiece, UPS même combat. Une vaste fumisterie.

I loved it when they had 100% cotton options. But now everything is blend with petroleum-based synthetics 🤮 I don't want pay same price for lower quality. And it's uncomfortable to wear synthetics at home 🙄

Malgré quelques problèmes avec les livreurs de chez UPS, le service client de one piece a été exceptionnel. Je recommande vivement le produit de qualité et en cas de litige, une réponse rapide et optimale est proposé

Bought the Aviator Onesie "extra small" & the Alps Soft Velvet Fitted Jumpsuit "small" and both suits are just fabulous. I am 5'6 and weigh 127lbs and my usual size is a medium. The sizing was based on the model and it worked out for me! 1 star removed due to the website conversion not working no matter what country is chosen so its deceiving when you see the US charge! I was told to choose USD for the Canadian currency which made no difference. The rep was kind enough to honor the 20% discount off my total which I had received for registering to compensate for the conversion difference. Overall I am truly satisfied with both pieces! Can't wait to wear them in the fall!

One onesie got a hole in in less than 24 hours (few hours wear).
One didn’t fit - followed returns process, took parcel to delivery point and they wouldn’t accept it as the customs forms weren’t the right ones. No help just told to follow process/use what was provided despite it being rejected. Onesie still packaged up in corner months later.
