The notary was very patient. I am not use to signing papers on line. Thank you for your help!

The first remote notary gave the witness incorrect information that I had correctly and appropriately filled in (location of the *witness*) and during the remote notary session the witness was told that was incorrect and it needed to be where SHE (the remote notary) was located. The notary made this change, but this was grossly incorrect. We were refunded because of this change to the document and because this notary was also in the incorrect state to be able to legally notarize the document as requested.

I feel the One Notary should have an option to confirm/request the state where the remote notary is located in order to be valid for the document being notarized, this is especially important in the legal field. This was not an option and we had to wait for a different notary to be reassigned on the second session because of the lack of options on the website to request specific states' notaries.

All in all, we got what we needed, but there were 3 notaries involved, multiple long chat sessions with the chat support, a form to issue the refund request, and it took far, far longer than it should have, wasting my time, the witnesses time, the other 2 notaries' time, and reinforced the desire to never have to use this particular service again. I will be shopping elsewhere for other options for a remote notary. We'd been looking anyway, but this just sealed the deal to never use you all again for a minimum of between 8 and 15 remote notary sessions per month.

This is missing the entire point.

Yes, I am very well aware of your limitations regarding scheduling or lack thereof. When I asked if you had any remote notaries for the two states in which a notary can notarized the specific document, I was informed that yes there were. There is no way to request those notaries however, and one has to wait for a notary to join, ask where they are from, then request a different notary if it's not one from that state. Rinse and repeat as needed.
This process is clunky, obtrusive, a bad system for a business like this to use, the is cause of well-known delays (per other reviews) and wasting everyone's time. If there are 5 notaries, and only 1 will be a valid notary for the state we are needing, it makes sense to be able to request THAT ONE specific notary out of the 5 without having to waste the other 1-4 notaries time simply because they can't notarize the document.
This service (as is) probably works great if it doesn't matter where the notary is from, but in a lot of legal cases, this aspect matters greatly.

The signing and notary process was very streamlined and convenient.

I liked that I was given the option of having a notary at my disposal for the project I was working on at the time. It was quick to navigate through and the staff who helped me knew what they were doing. I appreciated that they were very well trained and practiced.
