I wouldn't if I was you

I wouldn't if I was you, they sent my funds to the wrong account then denied my identity and locked me out even though I have multiple accounts and already sent my documents for my person. The customer service is like asking an infant to solve a calculus equation. Don't put your money into this application. Horrible.

It's ok

It's ok, need better communication with It's customers when site goes down. 60 Day holding period needs to be cut down to 30 days. Other than that good place to buy and hold.

The absolute best customer service I…

The absolute best customer service I have ever experienced in the Fintech world! I had a minor technical issue with my bank account ACH routing, and the OneGold team resolved it in record time. Not only did they fix the error manually, but they were incredibly proactive in waiving any potential automated fees. Transparent, highly efficient, and a truly VIP treatment for investors. 5 stars without hesitation. Highly recommended!

After going through their website in detail, I found it to be very professional and convincing. I almost decided to proceed. Eventually, with the help of fundreimbursement, I managed to recover money I had lost earlier. It was an important moment that made me reflect and approach future opportunities with greater caution.

I like the ease of use, but...

I like the ease of use, but it has some drawbacks.
First each account needs its own email, which makes it cumbersome if you want to move between accounts. Then the credit card stored, doesn't always go through to pay storage fees, so they liquidate some metals to cover for fees, which triggers a taxable event, and they don't even keep track of capital gains and loses for reporting, which complicates taxes further.

Very Worst customer service

Very Worst customer service, no will give proper answer and once ordered your things will ready may be 15 days or more

Don't use this app, no timely delivery and no commitments from them, they circulating our money to growth their business, when ever your required physical gold, then only knows for their real bad faces.

One of the worst service delivery time.
