The whole process was very professional
Making an appointment was very easy, the location was easy to find and well-signed, the staff were very welcoming and professional, the appointment happened at the scheduled time with no waiting around, and the results came back the following day (and with adequate explanation of their significance).

A superb fast and very efficient service
I was looking for a male health test covering 40+ biomarkers to rule out some basic factors after a recent illness. After looking around i settled on a test from one day tests as it was the most comprehensive of its type. In addition it was cost effective and very easy to arrange simply by having a blood sample taken at a clinic and one day tests did the rest. A Big thank you to the lady in the clinic at Reading who was helpful in explaining everything and very efficient in taking the blood sample, i was on my way in a few minutes. I could barely believe it when all the test results appeared in my inbox the very next day around midday. All good and very reassuring to get answers so quickly. I would highly recommend this health service provider.

Good experience
I chose a surgery visit for taking blood and that was simple and painless. My results were all delivered same or next day (which was a Saturday), so very efficient. Recommended

A Pleasant Experience
I booked my blood test at a centre not far away, for the next working day. I was seen within a minute or two of my arrival. The Phlebotomist was very professional, efficient and cheerful.
I know the NHS works under difficult conditions, but it is so nice to be seen by people who are not stressed nor harrassed by having too much work.
