Professional service and help was Fantastic!
I had my appointment at Canary Wharf, and overall it was an amazing experience.
I was seen by a very nice Nurse/phlebotomist "Karla" who was friendly and very professional. Communication was excellent as was the service, the results came back within 24hours.
I have subscribed to onedaytest and I am looking forward to be using them from now on.

I dropped in at Canary wharf location at 8am for some urgent blood tests. The lady that did the blood collection was very nice and efficient. The results come by the end of the day.

Incredibly bad service
Incredibly bad service, avoid using them. I specified the test before I booked and when I arrived they couldn’t do it! But they charged me anyways! My recommendation, use any other place for your external blood draw…. It is not true that they told me what they could not do. I informed them of the specific test that I needed and it is a very common test. What should have happened is that you tell me what you cannot do or that you cannot do elements of the test to ensure I can make an informed decision not to book you... Your service is very inaccurate and it was a complete waste of my time and also money as you did not refund me when you knew you couldn‘t do the test! Please refrain from posting wrong information here to confuse people searching for a good service! And there was no refund either which should have happened!

Hello, this is not true. We specifically told you that we cannot do what you wanted us to do. It is also specified on the webpage for the external draw.
You confirmed that what you need is a blood draw and not any post-draw handling.
What you then requested at a clinic is not a service provided by any clinic, us or otherwise. At the clinic you requested specific laboratory services that cannot be done by a phlebotomist, i.e. sample separation and further treatment. This cannot be done, as we said and informed you in advance.
We refunded you as a gesture of good will, when we did not have to do this at all.

I had an amazing experience when I had my blood test. The lady who did my blood test in Canary Wharf was amazing. She was wonderful. I can’t remember her name I’m sorry. My appointment is at 8am. She was so nervous and she made me so comfortable. Thank you. I highly recommend this company.

Karla is amazing!
I cannot recommend Karla highly enough, she's amazing at what she does. I'm always nervous of blood tests as have had some really bad experiences in the past, but she completely put me at ease and was such a pro. She got the test with no issue whatsoever, and I was done super quick. Test results were also super quick, I got them that afternoon so was able to follow up with my GP right away. I would highly recommend One Day Tests if you need a blood test done.

Super impressed with this company
Super impressed with this company. They were extremely fast... Ok the same day I did my blood tests (1pm) I started to receive the results. By end of the day, I had received the majority of my results. They are also competitively priced. Well done! Also the lady who took my blood tests in Canary Wharf was extremely nice and friendly.
