I'm surprised by the negative reviews. Perhaps I got lucky, but really happy with the hoodie I bought. Great ethos, super comfy, lovely design. Delivery a bit slow, but other than that really happy with my purchase.

I ordered a couple of tees and a bag from One Choice because I love their mission and the designs are great!! I then read the reviews after I had no correspondence for days and was worried to see so many very negative reviews!

HOWEVER, don’t believe everything you read!! Yes, the items took a little while to come, but not ages by any means.
I got tracking info and it actually came a day early.

I am very impressed with the quality and love the designs!
Overall, a positive experience and I would recommend One Choice.

Don’t even waste your time or money. Ordered my son an outfit for Christmas December 18,2025, emailed sender on December 26, 2025 asking about tracking. He emailed back 2 days later stating he was in the process of shipping next orders . It’s now February 4, 2026 still now ordered or tracking information. Tracking number I was provided with does not work. States number not found or product must have never been received by USP. Contact him for refund never received it. This is a scam I advise you don’t waist your time.

I never write a review, but after seeing a 2.9 on Trustpilot, i do want to share my amazing experience with this brand. I ordered 3 t-shirts and 3 hoodies 5 YEARS ago. It didnt take long before i grew out of the hoodies (i started going to the gym a lot) but they found a new place in my girlfriends closed. We still wear these clothes daily! Even after years. The print is falling off a bit but they held on for years! In total, I ordered their clothing 3 times and never had any issues with shipping.

I do hope that people take their chance at this brand, because it brought me a lot of comfort.

I was a bit dubious as I only saw the Trustpilot reviews after ordering, but I was pleasantly surprised. It took a while to ship, but the product itself is a good quality and exactly what I ordered.

So having read reviews on here I was some what dubious about ordering from them. I loved the look of the prints and couldn’t find anything similar, so in the end I plunked for a t-shirt thinking that if it all went wrong I hadn’t wasted too much money. Loved the t-shirt, great quality, fit, print and speedy delivery! I’ve ordered a hoodie too which is great and another for my sister - I’ve got no complaints about them!

This company have clearly sold out, changed their suppliers and are using cheaper fabrics and sewing techniques
My partner and I owned several of their older style hoodies which were really good quality and value for money. We decided to order some more but were shocked when they arrived to find they were less heavy in weight and the stitching was cheap overlooking and the trims on the cuffs, pockets and hoods were of cheaper quality.
We emailed their customer support with photos showing the new hoody next to the old listing our issues and they did advise us to send the items back for a refund. I specifically requested that they also reimburse us for the return postage since we did not receive the items we were expecting and I send them photos of my postage receipts as proof of costs. They refunded my partner for the hoodies but I am.yet to receive a refund for the return postage costs despite them confirming they would do this. I sent a chaser email on the 1st September to enquire when they would process this and still 3 days later it's radio silence. Such a shame they have poor customer service and their garment quality has taken a nose dive as we liked the ethos of this company when it first started. Probably bought out by annoying venture capitalists just like any other good company so I'd spend your money else where.

Keep away from this website. Waited 3 weeks for ladies black capped sleeved women’s blouse ( my wife) to arrive , today 1/9/25 it did, I wish I could show you the photos I have taken of it! My order should be a cotton capped sleeved summer blouse black. What arrived is a square huge mens shirt with sleeves that come to my elbows , white pipping around the collar ( not on advertised item) the material is a sort of satin ( not cotton that is shown In sales) . The company site has a chat line , when I use it it’s in Chinese , then in English it told me to only use Chinese ! I emailed separately but of course not heard a thing . Ive wasted my money, should have known to keep away . Please make sure you all do !

It took 3 weeks for my order to be delivered which wasn’t to bad but still abit long . I order from this company as I thought the product looked really good quality.

When I got the 2 hoodies they were to small and not that great in quality they were cheap hoodies with a nice print on them .

I sent them back on the 4th July and I am still yet to receive my refund nearly 5weeks later. My wife sent a product back to another company the same time and for a refund 2 days later.

I have trued to call the number on the website but is an American number I think and won’t go through trued to sent an email but it’s saying the email is incorrect.
So I did the thing on the website were you ask them something and put your email down as well and nothing back . Customer service seems none existent. I just want my £68 back .

Purchased "Plastic free 100% cotton" gym bottoms.
They're 20% polyester. Have yet to hear back from customer support.

I previously left a 1 star for this company as I ordered a hoodie but never received any correspondence at all. Which was weird.
I received the hoodie. It's great and looks looks nice. The hoodie was actually dispatched very quickly too.

Great product but crap delivery time and customer service...took 1 week to be despatched and another week to arrive..two ails tha were never replied to..shame I would have definitely ordered more otherwise

The designs on all the products are amazing, very good quality hoodies, for a really affordable price. The delivery times were very good as well. Highly recommend this small run business.

I've had my hoodies for a few weeks now and love them. The quality is excellent. The fabric is the perfect weight, not too thick but not thin either. They have been worn and washed several times now with no fade, no bobbling or shrinkage and they keep their shape. They get softer with each wash just how I like them. Definitely my new favourite hoodies but I wish they had a nice light pink one. I would definitely buy again. Fab

Ordered a couple weeks back , never used before but liked the look of the hoodies , ordered one, arrived today , great quality, great price and good communication… am going to order another on payday … definitely recommended

Bought as a Christmas present daughter loved the quality and designs but hoodie was too small, after a little misunderstanding regarding the return my issue was resolved by Louisa who went above and beyond, making the experience a pleasure, would definitely recommend

Nun habe ich dem Support geschrieben das ich die Bestellung widerrufen möchte und mein Geld zurück haben möchte,
Aber bekomme keine Antwort
Einfach lächerlich, kann jedem nur davon abraten

Nach einer Woche hatte sich der Support gemeldet und angeblich wurde die Ware rausgeschickt.
Ich kann des weiter nur davon abraten dort etwas zu bestellen
