Richard from onecall was very efficient and accommodating for getting my fleet policy sorted in a very short space of time!

Just useless. Incomplete information. Long waiting times on the portal and call centre. Three times was assured someone would call me back, no one ever did. Constantly dragging out the most basic matters. The only half competent people I dealt with was the complaints department, and I stress HALF competent. Utterly awful and useless.

Our policy was dealt with by Leighton Roberts, he was so helpful and has made the whole experience less mind blowing. We had to have a specialist insurance with lots of things to take into account and he has sorted it all out for us very quickly and very professional.
