No respect for his customers
Have ordered 2 aluminium bezel inserts.
They have been shipped in a simple letter with no protection (no plastic or metal case.
Of course, they arrived bended and no more usable.
One of them also had some paint issue.
Contacted the seller by email asking for a solution: no answer.
Sent a gentle reminder: no answer...
Now opening a paypal dispute to get this fixed.
Issue with product can happen.
Bad shipping protection is an error from vendor.
No answer to a customer who gently report the issue and ask for support is a lack of respect.
