Gained Interest In Doing Things Again!
I dont think ive taken them long enough for any huge change but I know I have more energy! Im 70 years old and I was sitting all day doing nothing. It was pitiful. I was embarrassed by it. I am getting more done, even pulled some weeds yesterday and I swept my porch today! So, yes, its working like i hoped it would and getting better everyday! Thank-you!
