Ive been renting with Omnia Housing since 2023 after being homeless on and off the street for almost three years. I have a room in a three bedroom HMO of high standard in a very nice area of Lewisham. Repairs and issues are sorted out swiftly and without any issue. Staff at the office are always polite and very helpful. Im very happy where I am. It will be a sad day for me when i do finally leave as being here has enabled me to turn my life around.

Omnia Housing helped me out when I had no funds for another accommodation, they provided me with a decent accomodation without the initial Rent and Deposit.
I give a round of applause to the Company' s Property Manager Mr Chevan, he was exceptional. He visited our accommodation from from time to time to ensure that the house was always in perfect condition for us.
I'll give the Company a 10/10

Omnia Housing Ltd provide rented accommodation to the unemployed individuals in the Society without accepting a penny as Rent & deposit. This type of Service is very rare in our Society today.
Nobody else seems to care about the unemployed's housing issues. Rent &deposit is a lot of money to pay, if you are in between Jobs.

I was one of their Tennants for 3 years.

I was placed in emergency accommodation and the process was handled quickly and professionally. All paperwork was completed and I was given the keys the very same day. Omnia Housing arranged for a cleaner beforehand and ensured the property was fully equipped, including beds, a wardrobe, chest of drawers, kettle, toaster, and cleaning supplies. I am now housed in a safe environment and couldn’t ask for much more. Chevan consistently goes above and beyond to make sure everything is in order, and the communication has been the best I’ve experienced from a housing provider to date.

Placed me (female) in a house with two abusive, misogynistic male drug users, who soon began to verbally abuse me and threaten me with violence. I complained to Omnia several times but nothing was done about it, they began ignoring my calls, emails and texts. I eventually had to flee the house for fear of my safety.
Terrible, unprofessional and very dodgy company.
House was also in a severe state of disrepair, and the room that I was assigned had been moved into by one of those men - unauthorized, leaving me with a tiny loft room, which they tried to overcharge me for.

Misrepresented two properties in a dire state of disrepair negligent advocacy deformation discrimination all commenced. Council detected all the disrepair put them on notice to fix people so dehumanising the I left. Couldn’t stand the statutory nuisances and harassment. Human rights issues.

I have made several complaints about the property and the person called Jay who works in the maintenance department kept saying he will get back to me, however he never got back to me after several weeks.

Jay is clearly not doing his job properly or he's ignoring me as I am East Asian.

Jay who works in maintenance department completely ruined the reputation of the company.

I worked with Omnia’s team in York Road Battersea London. They were efficient, professional, empathetic and delivered. Follow up action has been prompt.

Great help from the girls in the office couldn’t ask for anything more thanks again.

Was given a time and date to move into the property where I met the housing officer, all paper work, tenancy rules were discussed and keys handed over, had an issue with property and was handled in a timely manner by Emer and her colleagues Abi.

The customer service was top class and efficient Emer and her colleague was very clear and helpful, got my keys paperwork done and I'm happy 😁!! Thanks Emer.

POTENTIAL LANDLORDS BEWARE Gave notice April 2023 this company are ignoring all my emails and calls and refuse to hand back my property. It is in a terrible condition and the tenants have been placed there by the probation service. They have been without a working boiler for months. No lights in the kitchen or bathroom. A disgraceful company.

Emer from Omnia Housing has been amazing, from initial call explaining I needed a home, viewing one quickly, I then went to their offices completing paperwork leaving so happy with tenancy and keys, a bed was ordered delivered same day, I'm very happy to have secured a home and know il have a landlord and agency who generally care.

I moved into and address in Harrow it was infested with bed bugs fleas & mice they move me to a new address which where I had a leak from ceiling coming through spotlight in which I slipped on and twist my ankle & hurt my hip I I have not slept in 3.4 months and they won’t match my needs what do I do ?
