Very pleased with how the Google Business Pro program has worked. We are deifnitely getting more free calls from our listing now that we are fluctuating between #3 & 4. The updates made and the way they have responded to our reviews has been great for us and a time saver. We also noticed that we are now coming up in the Apple maps which OMG did for us. My only issue is that it took a while to get traction, but not sure how much of that is OMG and how much is Google and the others.

Nicolette got my issues with google resolved within a couple weeks that we had been battling for several months. I had been sending in video verifications every couple weeks just to have to verify again. Found out our old marketing people had put in a PO Box causing issues with the map. We seem to be verified finally!

Was told they would give me Google leads for $400 a month then told each month for next 5 months to spend $2000 more a month. When tried to cancel, spent weeks to achieve it and then they wanted to charge me for the next billing cycle starting next week. They also informed me $0 of the $400 actually went to any google leads, it was just for their management fee. Got 0 qualified leads in 5 months.

DO NOT RECOMMEND – AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS

I hired this company to manage my Local Services Ads and later for website development and SEO. In three months, I spent over $1,500 and did not close a single lead. Despite their promises, there was zero return on investment.

Out of desperation, I agreed to have them work on my website and SEO. I paid over $1,000 for a design that was poorly made, unprofessional, and unusable. I ended up giving them my original website to improve — and after six months, there were no visible updates, no SEO improvements, no image changes, no new content — nothing. Not a single lead was generated.

When I decided to cancel due to lack of performance, I was still charged for another month — and they still took down my website. This left me with no online presence for my business, affecting my credibility with potential clients.

To make matters worse, I received an unprofessional and aggressive call from a representative named Brian, who showed no customer service etiquette and acted immaturely and disrespectfully.

This company failed to deliver on every front. I strongly warn other contractors and business owners — do your research and avoid this company if you value your time, money, and business reputation.

I signed up with this company before reading these reviews and was hoping they weren't true. But they are. I sent the 30-day notice of cancellation from the start and instructed them not to run any Google ads (which they did not), and they charged my credit card for the second month, ignoring my request to cancel. Save yourself some hassle and don't sign up with this company .

A uniquely terrible marketing service. The quality of the work they do is pathetic and they lie to steal your money. They said they would comp a month, in writing instead of me canceling, and then they charged me and fought my chargeback. The posts are written by mentally challenged foreigners who dont understand your business and dont even really understand English. I would be interested in a class action lawsuit honestly.

The pretty horrible they weren't transparent and then they talked me into getting a website but I already had a website and the first draft they gave me they didn't put any of my keywords they didn't do anything I wanted and asked for them to put in the draft after I decided I didn't want the website they charged me $200 and since they weren't really transparent with me I decided to break from them and after I left they set something off in my Google my business and made it so I had to get verified again which I had to pay a company to verify it $400 my personal opinion do not come with this company they put fees and and don't tell you at the beginning and they're tell you that they're doing all this stuff but they won't exactly show me exactly what they're doing which I don't think they're doing really anything

The worst experience as a business owner. They steal money from our credit card account. Cancelled in December still trying to charge in February and now March. There is no accountability on their services. They charge and do nothing. We have decades worth of business and this is the worst treatment/experience ever. I can’t believe they get away with it. Beware!

DON'T, DON'T, JUST DON'T hire these people. Was with them less then 30 days to market my biz. Signed up with them 1-21-25 and tried to cancel 2-19-25 because I was not getting the service I thought I was supposed to get. They informed me I had to give them 30 days notice to cancel. Kinda hard to do that when you haven't even been with them for 30 days. That is just a ploy to get more money out of you. So they charged my cc anyway. SCAMMERS. STAY AWAY.

this is the worst company that you can ever hire if you are looking for results. They will promise you everything get your credit card on file and if you cancel, they will still charge you an extra month and call it a cancellation fee. They are a 100% scam.

This is a terrible marketing company they scam people and ruin there businesses I repeat do not use omg National it is a scam and u will have a horrible experience believe me I am a victim of this company

We own a tow truck company in central Texas. I will not go in to detail on why we decided to go with OMG but we did and it was by far the worst idea / decision we ever made. My grandmother that is 87 could have done what they did for us which is NOTHING !!! We decided to cancel our services at the end of July 2024. I will use only the first name of our sales rep Eric convinced me not cancel just to put our account on hold. What he did not mention is that we would still be charged the monthly fee of $1575.00 while our account sits on hold with them doing absolutley zero marketing for our company!!! yes that is correct $1575.00X3 = $4725.00 for our account to be paused !!! Here's the best part not only did they convince me to give them $4725.00 they also sold me on doing our social media marketing while the account was on pause at a discounted special rate of $599 !! That's right so they charged us $599 x3 =$1797.00 a grand total of $6522.00 !!! Once we realized that they were charging us for a service that they were not giving us, we contacted them, and they said" they do not refund money", but if we wouldn't cancel and would keep our account active they would not charge us for November!! I was so beside myself that they have the audacity to keep money that they know they do not deserve!! So my best advise to anyone thinking about doing business with them ... is DON'T they will rob you blind !!! please share this with as many people as possible so that no one else gets taken advantage of !! I would have rather donated that money for a good cause .. I am certain that that would been rewarding and helped our business and our community too!!
