Great service, but...
I sincerely appreciated both the timely updates and how quickly I was able to receive my order (especially considering it was the holiday season). However, after receiving my package, I was a bit disappointed that nearly half of my items were damaged due to one side of the box having little to no bubble wrap/padding. While the damage was ultimately somewhat minor (the Kit Kats were still mostly intact), it did dampen my enthusiasm a bit as I was giving these away as gifts to family.
