Excellent online store
Excellent service from OMG Japan as always, quick delivery, everything came very well packed and in very good condition. I just had to pay custom taxes in Germany, around 30% from the value of the products I bought. For this reason I’ll probably avoid buying online in the future.

Everything looked so yummy and beautiful packaging. Haven’t tried them yet as im giving them to my boyfriend for his birthday but im sure they are tasty. We love anything japanese/asian. So i will be definitely will order more 💗

Good service from OMGJapan. But, problems with delivery service as I never got to know that the package was returned because no one was at home. Never got updated on their website.

Hi Megha, thanks for your review! I checked on your order and we shipped your package less than 24 hours after you placed your order. The next day your package arrived at your local Sagawa office but you weren't home for the delivery. Unfortunately, we're unable to control the speed of delivery once a package leaves our warehouse. However, we did ship your order within 24 hours, so we'd consider that pretty speedy. If you have trouble rescheduling deliveries from Sagawa in the future, please let us know! Thanks again!

Second time i ordered at OMG Japan
Second time i ordered at OMG Japan from Germany. I'm learning japanese with the "Nihongo so-matome" series.
Both times the packages arrived in between 14 days. Everything was fast and the shipping could be observed by a provided link to the japanese postal office.
I will definitely order the N2 books at OMG Japan again.

Great service. Items all arrived on time and undamaged. Have used OMG Japan three times now and their service has been flawless each time. Much less hassle than ordering from Amazon JP or other sites.

At the beginning of December I ordered a big box of unique stocking stuffers for Christmas 2021. My items arrived in perfect condition and well before the 25th! Customer service reps were quick to respond to answer my questions and I truly can’t wait to order again!

Wonderful Company
They are such a great company to buy from! Everything is always packaged neatly and efficiently. Despite coming from Japan to here on the East Coast if Canada where I live, they frequently get their packages to me faster then packages sent from within Canada & North America.
Their site is easy to use and colour scheme is gentle in the eyes. They always have what I'm looking for!
