Total scam, i ordered a advent calendar in Nov last year, and I have received nothing. Emailed them and no answer. They took my money and buggered off, is there anything i can do?

Very disappointed by this scam artist! Ordered a beauty advent calendar early December via TikTok shop, it never arrived. I emailed them and they didn’t respond and now their website no longer exists!

Ordered this thinking it would be a great calender to have for myself. No, ordered it early December we are now almost at Christmas. I have had nothing from the company that says it's UK based it's clearly not it's in China! I'm so annoyed I've spent money on something I'm never going to receive. Never going going onto things that sound to go to be true! Going to stay with my trusted sites in the future.

Partner ordered advent calendar for her daughter, ordered 4 weeks ago clearly a scam. Low life dirty lying rats. Hope their “CEO” falls down a stair.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHOP! My orders were never delivered!!! I have sent them 3 emails and they haven't responded! So, they took my money and never delivered my products. SCAM!!!

Really disappointed to have been scammed again by one of these fake businesses, wish id checked the reviews, £29.99 for a calendar that never arrives, no tracking details , fake order number, no response from emails , no contact form . These ' businesses 'need stopping. Hopefully I'll be able to get my bank to step in and I'll get my money back . I dont think anyone has actually received any orders from this fake company.

Do not use this site that is advertised through tiktok it is a scam. You are given fake tracking numbers. You won't get any responses via email. To get your money back speak to your bank or if you use PayPal raise a dispute. Do not use!

Multiple ways to contact them yet no response.
Still no advent calendar that should have been here by the 1st Dec.
Now got the hassle of getting my money back via the bank.

Never received order (2025 advent calendar) as advertised on TikTok can’t get in touch with the company

Bought 2 Advent Calendars as advertised on TikTok, the advert looks genuine, placed the order through their website, order was going to be shipped within 24/48 hours but it has been over a week and nothing has been shipped, I emailed the company, which has a hotmail account, but no replied, there is no other way to contact the company. The shipping number provided is empty. This is a total scam!!

No communication from sellers, item never received - advent calendar. This company is a scam.

Purchased the advent calendar last week and they advised it would be delivered by now and it has not. Emailed the ‘company’ twice and once through their website.

This was initially presented/advertised through tiktok and genuinley seemed very real.

The ‘tracking’ they use is 57track which is either a scam itself or supports scams.

The company I purchased the calendar from was called - omelia shop. As of right now their website is still up. But it is registered under NAROZNAJA LTD. 16846076

no response from company, ordered '2025 Favorites Advent Calendar × 1' which stated it would be delivered before 1/12.
tried emailing the company but doesn't seem to exist so most certainly a scam under the companies house as 'NAROZNAJA LTD' which was incorporated 11/11/25.
