First class service
Sales staff were incredibly helpful and patient as we didn't quite know what we needed. The suspended units we decided on were delivered promptly and have been a huge success with members and have overcome the issue of trailing sockets causing trip hazards.

The item was good
The item was good. Just a simple wire cable tray. The packaging was ridiculously excessive. The tray took up about 5% of the huge box that it came in and leaves me with a mountain of cardboard and bubble wrap to dispose of.

We do try to prevent damages during transit to customers so the packaging may seem a little excessive at times however we have had damaged products delivered to customers previously and we're really trying hard to avoid this. We will continue to review or packaging materials and strive to strike the best balance of protection and waste.

Communication and delivery service
Product looks great however after ordering I had a notification the order was being processed but not until I called was I advised the product had been shipped 1st December, Also having paid a delivery charge of £12 I would expect a next day delivery service but having been told the product was shipped yesterday and it's still not arrived (16:30 Thursday 2nd December) I don't believe this to be true.
Olson Electronics have since contacted me and I have to say their reaction has been great, Sally from the customer service team has dealt with the carrier and sorted out delivery the very next day.
