Staff are helpful and they got back to me within a couple of days so that side of things is positive.

The 1 star is from my experience with a backpack I bought in 2024. Looked really nice, loads of pockets and a decent size (32L).

Was very happy with it until the 4th or 5th use when the straps started coming away from the body and internally the fabric was also coming away from where it should be.

Contacted customer service to see if anything can be done but as it's over a year since purchase they advised taking it to a repair shop. But with it falling apart in several places, after so few uses I don't think it's worth it as it'll need more and more repairs.

Would not have minded if this was my daily backpack, but after only a few uses for it to fall apart shows it's not fit for purpose (from the start). Maybe I got a duff one but not buying again either way.

Pole in my awning broke on first usage and was replaced for free.

Since then, in only three more uses, two more poles have broken. They never have them in stock, I've been waiting two years now.

Called and spoke to a very pleasant lady who was going to call back. Never did of course!

We have a very expensive awning which is useless as poles are specifically designed for this model, nothing else available on the Internet.

Do not buy from these people. Terrible, terrible company.

Good customer service. Was able to ask questions before purchase. Ordered and arrived promptly. However for the price I don’t think the item is very good quality. The edges are just haggard where they have been roughly cut and not turned over and sewn with a tidy seam. Also the Velcro won’t last long as it is a Velcro patch which has no edging so will fray with use and be rendered useless. (I have had this issue before with another item-not from This seller). Would be better with some Sort of clip/press stud fixing. Fits well. Pretty quick and easy to assemble

I found a sun canopy on the Olpro website that was heavily reduced and thought I would give it a go. My old one from another manufacturer was in a terrible state. I have just put the new one up. It looks great, feels sturdy and will hopefully last for some years. It is very versatile. Happy with it so far. The service from Olpro was great. The delivery was fast and the canopy was well packaged.

Purchased my tent online at a really good price. The environment credentials were very important to me when buying a tent and Olpro impressed me with their products. Delivery was prompt and hassle free. Would definitely recommend and buy from them again.

Quick delivery. I had seen this camping kitchen unit at a show so I knew it was quite sturdy. I’d bought a cheaper one that had collapsed while I was cooking on it so was prepared to pay a bit more for quality. The downside of there is one is that it doesn’t pack up as small as some, but I’m now at the point where a bit of effort to make camping comfortable makes all the difference.

A good awning of good quality too. The extra space in the annex came in very handy as my sleeping space. Easy to put up although heavy to handle.

Product arrived damaged so couldn’t be used for planned trip. Zero help or want to try and get replacement to me as early as possible. Zero customer service received. And the finish and quality of the bamboo used is poor, splintering in every cut…

Prompt delivery, product looked great, put the cover on, tried to pull the straps to tighten things up and three came off in my hand. Luckily the wife is handy with sewing machines so refitted and made sure the others were secure by going over them all.
Now a happy camper but should this be necessary on brand new. Maybe after a few years of wear and dare I say tear !!!!

Thank you for the prompt delivery of my first drive away awning. Just back from a trip which tested it with some winds and a heavy rain shower but mostly sun. I opted for the ground sheet, carpet and rubber mat additions and delighted that I did. On hard standing the ground sheet protected the underside of the awning from sharp stones and the carpet and rubber mat our feet. This is my first ever awning was very easy to set up by one person in under 10 mins and provides excellent additional space to our campervan. We used it as an additional bedroom and storage space. It’s a game changer! It’s well made and felt solid when gusty. The drive away kit is easy to attach and the rubber mat also provided a useful marker for aligning the van when reconnecting the awning back up. The B Corporation credentials are important to me, so delighted with purchase and would recommend. I opted for the retro feel of the orange and blue one which I think stood out from the usual green or grey varieties from other manufacturers so we could see our van from distant fells!

Great price and great sized drive away awning. Used for the first time today. As a first timer using a drive away awning found the instructions a bit of a challenge resulting in a much longer time to put up than it should. However practice makes perfect and sure we will get faster. Very pleased with the purchase, time will tell how it stands up to weather etc.

Fantastic levels of customer service and communication when part of an item I received had been damaged. They responded quickly, replaced the broken item and nothing was too much trouble. We have purchased a few camping items from Olpro now and the quality has been good and well priced. The recent interaction with customer services has reinforced why they will be my first port of call for my camping items.

We are really pleased with our Olpro Multishade. It is really quick and easy to put up. The poles and fabric are good quali. We have found it great cover from the sun and a sudden shower. Delivery was really fast.

Very pleased with the ordering process, speed of delivery and of course, the cover itself! It appears very well made, fitted perfectly and will hopefully protect my caravan well through the winter months.
