Hi, The Olli Ella, customer service team were fantastic. Initially had a issue with one of their clients who sell dinkum products and would not provide any support. But once I contacted OE, service team the issue was resolved promptly and with care and understanding.
The service they provided was above and beyond.I would give them 10 stars. Also their dinkum products are fantastic quirky, educational and fun and bring lots of joy and receive lots of love.

Recently went to order ONE very small item from OlliElla to be sent to New Zealand. The price OlliElla wanted for postage on this very small item that would weigh well under 1kg… $120.00. That’s right folks. If you order up to 1kg, you can expect to spend $120.00 on posting to NZ. Over 1kg, you’ll pay another $10 PER KILO. To sum up what OlliElla make on that, up to 1kg with AusPost to NZ is $25.75 for non-business customers. Such an absolute joke that they can even justify that amount. Lost me as a customer when I’m trying to buy something for $60 and you want to charge me $180 all up.

I ordered 3 small dolls from this company at a cost of almost £70 and was totally shocked at the quality. They were made in China and quite frankly looked as if they were from a Pound Shop. The two which had hair were shedding the cheap fake fur it was made from. I returned these stating the poor quality and over £11.20 was deducted from my refund. What a rip off.

Olli Ella's products are so loved here. You get high-quality, timeless toys for the price. If you have any questions or issues, you can rely on their exceptional customer service. When I received a product that, by rare exception, did not meet my expectations, they went the extra mile to make it right.

The most exquisite little doll. It gives old style toys vibes, with a hint of modern touch. Absolutely adorable. I would have loved it as a kid. Shipping was fast, and customer service was efficient despite taking couple of days to answer. But that’s to be expected considering they are a small business. They are trying to do their best and personally I was very satisfied.

Absolutely love Olli Ella! Their products are so adorable and well made, and their customer service is amazing! My daughter’s wagon handle had gotten broken, and I emailed customer service to ask if I could order a replacement. They quickly responded and sent out a new handle right away, free of charge! Now our beloved wagon is back to being pulled happily by my daughter. We will definitely purchase more Olli Ella in the future!

Great service, I ordered a few items in the sale for my daughter's birthday present and Christmas stocking but my initial order was returned to sender with an error on the address. As soon as I contacted the customer service team the sent a replacement.

Me han regalado hace un tiempo una maleta see ya la he cuidado como el resto de productos de la marca porque son preciosos, la calidad del carro de la cremallera es muy mala, cada vez que la usamos se rompe una de ellas parte el metal por las uniones, he contactado por si podría conseguir unos carros nuevos para seguir usando la maleta y necesitan el ticket de compra, he dicho donde se ha adquirido pero ha sido a pie de calle en una pequeña tienda infantil de Galicia,y después de tanto tiempo no se conserva el ticket. No ticket producto a la basura, tanta producción ética y responsable, me hace dudar mucho del concepto de la tienda, no poder comprar unos repuestos, si hasta ikea te los facilita sin ticket ni nada.

My daughter’s beloved Tiny had a wobbly arm, I contacted customer service and honestly wasn’t expecting them to be able to do much as I had bought the doll last year. They responded super quickly and allowed me to pick a new doll to be sent out as Tiny was out of stock, they even allowed my daughter to keep her Tiny! Button arrived today and is perfect! 🥰
