Wonderful dolls and customer service!
Our children have enjoyed their dinkum dolls for many years. They are good quality and well-loved. We have ordered a variety of dolls and love them all. The minis are some of our favorites as they are the perfect size for little hands and travel and pack well on the go. Our kids loved the unboxing process and it was so fun to have each wrapped in their own cute individual bag adding to the element of surprise! Customer service has always been excellent as they really care about their customers and go above and beyond to resolve any unexpected issues. Thank you Ollie and Ella!

Order slow, customer service great.
The order was slow to be dispatched. But after contacting Olli Ella, a customer service agent called Charles was extremely helpful and did everything he could to speed my order along, so I cannot fault the customer service, the original order could have been completed a little quicker.

Customer Service 10/10
I ordered a product from them and it came with a small stain on it from (what I assume) shipping. I emailed Olli Ella and within 12 hours someone wrote back and assured me they’d be working on it. They were very generous in replacing my item and I felt valued as a customer every step of the way. I can’t recommend the company or the products enough. Every family needs some Olli Ella!

Super happy with everything, from customer service who went above and beyond in answering a question about doll comparisons, with them answering only a couple of hours later. To how fast the shipping/delivery was, all the way to the quality of the doll. Such gorgeous dolls that will be treasured, loved and adored for a very long time. Highly recommend.

Excellent customer service from Charles at Olli Ella. He sorted out my query right away, no quibbles. The dolls are beautifully presented & I was kept up to date throughout regarding delivery of the doll. This is my 2nd time purchasing & will do so again in the future, excellent company to deal with.

Damaged item and poor customer service
The doll arrived damaged with visible string hanging out and a hole making it unsafe for a baby. When I initially asked for a replacement I was instead offered a discount on a further purchase or a partial refund. It was only when I reminded them of consumer law regarding faulty products that they were willing to send a replacement.

I really love Ollie Ella
I really love Ollie Ella. The dolls are really well made and hold up well with my rugged little guy. I recently had an issue during checkout where my discount code didn't go through correctly. A member of the customer service team was able to check and resolve the issue within a short time. I also got shipping notification the next day. I have ordered an item in the past that was smaller than I realized, but that was on me for not reading the description well enough. Definitely a repeat customer and collector.

I have made multiple purchases from Olli Ella and they do take a minute to send products (small Australian business to be expected) I had a small issue with one of my orders and it was rectified within a day. I got a response almost instantly from customer support. The quality of the products is great and my kids adore them.

I’ve always had an amazing experience with OE! From getting questions answered to clarification on certain topics. I’ve never felt a bother or had to wait days for a response. It’s always with a 1-3hr time. It’s amazing. We are huge Ollie Ella supporters. We are always looking forward to the next drop. This company keeps us coming back. Exceptional customer service and support - thank you!
We had two separate orders at the same time cause us to reach out for support. The team at Olli Ella were so kind and made me feel at ease about communicating through the two separate matters in a close timeframe.
First order had a faulty item arrive and the team offered troubleshooting then a full replacement promptly when that didn't work - thank you!
The second order we weren't home to receive so it ended up at our local post office. Hubby went in to pick up as I was day 2 home with our newborn - he came back to the car and the parcel was half open. We checked contents and one of our items were missing, so he went back in to report via Aus Post. A few days later we got the "not our problem" from Aus Post who advised me to reach out to the supplier. Emailed Olli Ella, along with the Aus Post report and reply, and some photos of the packaging - they instantly issued a replacement of the missing item and got it in the post in time to arrive for our little boys 4th birthday - thank you again!
Exceptional customer service that I am extremely grateful for given the sensitive time of birthdays ahead along with a new baby arriving - thanks Olli Ella for your kindness via email comms and prompt response!
Oh and for the amazingly cute products you create that offer so many childhood memories and adventures for our little ones!

Huge drop in quality
Was a huge fan of Olli Ella dolls until this last week.
We had a strawberry dinkum, who unfortunately got lost whilst out and about. Luckily for us - so we thought - we could order a replacement as they were in stock. What arrived was a completely different doll - smaller in size, firmer, different material for the “skin” and the strawberry onesie. Absolutely gutted as this was my daughter’s favourite doll and the replacement looks and feels like a knock-off from Shein!
This change is clearly recent as we purchased 4 dolls in 2025 all of great quality and now in 2026 it feels like we’ve received a poor quality fake.
They need to own up to their mistake of switching manufacturers and/or materials and revert back if they want to maintain their market.
