This company is fraudulent - don't ever buy from them.
They mascarde as being from "London" - they are not.
The photographs of the product are clearly fake
The product is bad bad quality
The returns policy on their website has an address in CHINA -which they them tell you is not the correct address. (I checked and the address on their website is still the same even though they told me 7 months ago that this was not the right one!)
The return postage is at your own cost
They reply to emails alsways promising that they will address yiur issues but never do
7 months on and I am still waiting for my refund. I have stopped my lawyers from acting so far, but now, I will tell them to go ahead and sue for amongst other things, misrepresentation

I wish I had read these reviews before buying from this Company. Everything is true. They masquerade as a 'London' business - Lies. This is all a scam. They pretend to be 'concerned' with your problems - promise refunds (which never materialise) and any returns have to be sent to China at your expense. They should be investigated and closed down.

If I could give these zero stars I would. Ordered some boots for a birthday present. A totally different pair of boots arrived and they took so long to deliver that I had no time to change these. Meaning the birthday surprise was completly ruined and no time to get an alternative for the birthday party. Contacted customer service immediately who responded with an email saying they will look into resolving this. After almost two weeks I am yet to get an update and now my emails are being ignored. Not sure why these make out they are in London either. As they are not. Will never buy from these again!!!!

Do not order anything from this appalling company. They took my money over a month ago. Have not delivered my order, have admitted they did not deliver due to “unforeseen circumstances “! But they keep questioning, avoiding and so far refusing to refund me.I will not give up despite 35 emails.

Ordered Suit £60. Totally cheap rubbish arrived. Started return process. Had to send to china at cost of £24 ( non-refundable). Evenyually got credit card co to assit in obtaining refund on original order cost of £60. Scam organisation. Don not order from these scam artists. If you do make sure you go for refund. Dont let them profit from you

PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY SOLD ME A BAG CLAIMING IT AS REAL LEATHER ON THEIR WEBSITE AND WHEN IT ARRIVED IT WAS PLASTIC AND VERY BAD QUALITY. I ordered dresses October 2024. The quality is poor therefore started a refund. The returns must go back to China - cost £30.

June 2025 I still have not received the refund despite being continually told they are investigating.

NEVER AGAIN.

I ordered a shirt that is way too big for me and when I was trying to return, I got answers like the postage is going to be expensive, take 5% from the price of the shirt, 10%, 15%. After days of exchanging emails, no answer. Their listed address from the website is not the return address(return is in China), but they don't want to send it to me. Rubbish! They are not a British company, like they make it look.

I bought a dress and they sent a wrong size, too big. They are not responding to my emails and my money is lost. How is possible that the government does not protect us from these scammers. They are taking our money so easy. I feel really angry about them and the lack of protection we have.
I need help. Anyone got the money back?

Don't buy from this company. Their products take forever to arrive, when they do they are not as advertised (the expensive looking bag I bought from them was made of cheap, flimsy material!), when you try to get a refund you are sent on a wild goose chase for months on end and then they finally just ignore you when you threaten them with bad reviews! They need to be shut down - they are completely corrupt.

How can this company improve stop letting people believe you are an English based company NOT i purchase a £65 jacket witch was to small. Tried to return it they have offered me £6.50 refund.The jacket has been sent back but they say they can't trace it absolutely disgusting

There's 2 very different parts to this review. Firstly - Oliver Harrisons website leads you to believe that they are based in London. NOT true!! They are in China - which if I had realised that from the start, I would never have ordered my shorts from them. 2 weeks is far too long to wait for any order! Having said that - when the shorts came, I have to say that I am very pleased with them. Great fit. But - I won't ever be ordering again, due to the very long wait to receive an order.

AVOID!!! Sadly have to agree with all the other people on here - these guys are total scam artists sending crap quality clothes from China with no return / refund process.

Then weeks later absolute rubbish garments are received, when you try to return you are told the return address is in China and you are responsible for the return costs but to add insult this company offers you 10% of the items cost to save the planet from shipping the item back to china
TOTAL SCAM BE WARNED.

Please do not use this site. Delivery time nothing like the times they quote. Goods ordered were appalling then trying to return them was ridiculous they put in more obstacles than “ Je Sans Frontier” so lesson learnt the hard way.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with.
I ordered a jacket which arrived and wouldn't have even fit my 6 year old Granddaughter it was so tiny. I tried to return it the next day, only to find their returns policy is an utter nightmare. I finally realised the item had to be returned to China Province, although you think you are dealing with a company in the UK. Obviously a lesson I have learnt to ready all returns policies and small print in the future.
I went to post office next day and paid £22.40 to have the item tracked. My tracking reference proves my item was received at their stated warehouse address on 17th March 2025 and yet I am still to receive any refund. The jacket was £109.00 + £22.40 postal charges I am now outstanding.
I have constantly chased my refund with emails, threatened legal advice and all I receive are replies saying my item is being processed, please be patient.
This company is a complete Scam, I do not think I will ever get my money back, all I can do is warn other people not to order or purchase anything from them.
They shouldn't be allowed to operate as a company, I'm not actually sure how they are, reading previous reviews.

This company say you must pay the expenses to return the item to China even though the dress is faulty. The zip doesn't go fully down so impossible to even try on.

I just wanted to update my review dated 17th April.
I managed to get a full refund off the company without sending the poor quality goods back at my expense by asking my credit card company for help. My understanding is that they pursued on my behalf even though the bill was less than £100 and the money was fully refunded to me.
I am still one starring the company based on my initial review obviously as it was a dreadful experience with them but thought this new post might help someone else to seek help and get fully refunded too.

If it was possible to give a review lower than 1 l would. I made the fundamental error of not reading reviews before ordering from these scammers.
They ignored all my efforts to cancel the order and my demands for a refund. They kept sending me AI generated generic responses.

After a month the trainers l ordered arrived. Poor quality, not as advertised and instead of the size 7 l ordered they sent a size 5.
I will definitely get my refund even if it takes me a year to do so. I can't understand why youtube is still advertising them because l have reported them to YouTube.
They don't even have a shop in the UK, they are located in China!
DON'T FALL FOR THIS SCAM!
