Nefasta atención al cliente, llevo con ellos mas de cuatro años y a la hora de darme de baja todo son problemas, no cogen el telefono, me obligan a devolver el router, ya he ido dos veces porque tienen unos horarios que para los que trabajamos fuera de la manga son incompatibles y ahora me dicen que les falta un cable o me cobran mas de 100 euros, no contrateis con ellos para nada, mejor MANGATEL

Wordt customer serivce ever! It's a shame for all the existing clients of OliveNet to experience this bad takeover from Olin! I never had such a bad experience and calls would get answerred right away. I'm now waiting 15 to 20 minutes and got hung up. It's a disgrace. I wouldn't advice Olin to anyone.
I don't have Internet for 3 days and I cannot contact anyone.

I have a standby contract with olivenet which I want to pause from 1st may. There is no email facility and telephone calls are not answered. Olivenet was very simple to deal with Olin is a disgrace. I get a big standard response from the internet advising me to use Facebook, LinkedIn or Instagram. I don't have any of these. Iris W

The worst service I've ever had. Recently they've charged me twice the amount they normally charge. They don't answer the phone. No access to different languages any longer. Overall, rubbish!

I've just specifically created an account with TP to be able to review Olivenet/Olin service.
This is the 3rd weekend in a row that I had either no internet at all or extremely poor quality. Today trying to work from home it's impossible. I've called them, after 18 minutes in the queue, the contact center agent was nice, transferred me even to English technical ...the guy advised about different issues in the area but the internet still very poor.
This review is not for the contact center which were nice and helpful, but to the internet providing quality which is horrendous.
I've given up, I'm going with someone else...

Can’t contact them as no response to emails and they disconnect calls to their call centre after you have been waiting for ages. Some serious problems at this company. Suspect they may have major infrastructure issues.

I’m in Spain but poor English . Staff are not v friendly . Our customer advisor was Russian ( say no more )

Losing faith, like most others the contact is poor. I've been trying 4 weeks now to get my main issue fixed. I was responded too quick enough for an Upgrade but then the main issue remains, we've unstable Internet and need a new router. I was promised/ scheduled a Call from the Engineer so I flew to Spain for the week to resolve. The told me that I needed to be here. I'm here !, They didn't call. I called them....30mins listening to music. Finally spoke with Engineer who said my speed was fine...its not!, The TV buffers ! Anyway an Engineer visit was booked....as of yet they haven't turned up. I've waited in all day. They said today...I guess they mean tomorrow or not at all !! They don't even respond properly to the Facebook messages..."it's not their department" apparently.
Well I guess it's time to switch providers. Olivenet were fine. OLIN...not so ! Terrible service.

J'ai suspendu mon abonnement depuis le 1e février. Olivenet continue à débiter mon compte. Impossible d'envoyer un mail car plus d'adresse internet et impossible de créer un compte sur Olin.es
À quelle adresse faut-il écrire ?

El servicio de conexión y funcionamiento de Internet fue bien pero como tengas un problema te dejan abandonado. Llevo más de una semana intentando de contactar a diario varias veces por teléfono y nadie te atiende. A los 15 minutos se corta la comunicación. A los emails no responden. Las peticiones desde la web tampoco te contestan. En el área de clientes ni me aparecen las facturas ni el contrato, ni puedes hacer gestiones. La atención al cliente es un absoluto desartre.

El wifi se desconecta 3 o 4 veces sin venir a cuento, tengo contrstado 600 megas y como mucho en el mejor de los casos por eternet llegan 320 mb, el teléfono mejor que lo quiten, tengo la musica metida en la cabeza junto a esa señora tan amable, lusitana, ahora cuando logras contactar con un técnico es todo cordialidad, por favor contratar a más técnicos y mejorar el servicio que tratáis de dar y que no os aproximais.

Customer service is the first point of a good service but Theis none.

en esta compañía todo esta mal, se va el wifi 4 veces por minuto se rompe un cable de conexión que tiene que ver con el rúter y tardan 4 días en venir a arreglarlo y cuando por fin lo logran arreglar el wifi se va cada vez mas y la latencia va cada vez peor, no se que comentar pero todo esta demasiado mal, además de que tardan media hora (o mas) en responder al teléfono, para después colgar a veces sin previo aviso o solo para decir "busca ayuda en esta web" sin aportar a veces absolutamente nada de ayuda, esta compañía cada vez me sorprende mas y no para bien exactamente.

I have sent 6 emails and have hung on the phone 951560560 for hours to get my Wi-Fi switched on for March 23 but nobody is responding/answering the calls.
This there a shop or an office I can visit?

Have used them for 4 years and so far so good. Sometimes weak signals, but almost good.

Olivenet (now Olin) is absolutely not a professional internet company.
-If you give them money/deposit up front you will not get this back.
If you complain they put your speed down on your internet. They can even cut you of if they feel like it.
They don’t answer your mail unless you want an upgrade. Dont think they will answer your phone-call if there is a problem. Or call you back if it’s a money back issue.
-A complete scam company and that’s also why you can see how many bad reviews they get on Google and trustpilot.
Stay well clear of this company.

There is lots of other serious and friendly internet companies to choose from.

Pago mi movil y no me dan línea por qué debo el adsl de casa,me dicen que eso a cambiado en el mes de enero,a alguien les dieron información de este tipo ?pues no tiene que ver nada la línea movil ,con el adsl,q si tienes cualquier factura pendiente de este no te dan la linea de nuevo, cuando aparte tengo una bonificación por llevar a un cliente nuevo,nunca me la dieron, encima q me cortan el adsl de casa en diciembre,sin tener el servicio, también quieren cobrar el mes de enero y febrero, cuando no tengo internet tampoco, vergonzoso como engañan a los clientes y estoy con ellos desde que 9 o 10 años

The stability of the signal in the last few weeks has become very bad. It freezes over and over, like last night and the night before. I read about problems other people in the area are having, with no support. I am also seeing that Olivenet is now Olin with a different phone number. Is this true? I have been a customer for three years and haven't had any information from Olivenet.
