Shocking customer services who promised me a replacement watch would be issued 4 months later and 53 e mails later nothing and they ignore me now

I ordered 27 days ago. Just found an e-mail address and I got a not-in-service type message. They charged me $89 but the site said 8% off. for total $81.88. I learned a lesson here. Check reviews first!!!

I order 2 watches one was the 50 anniversary speed master with the snoopy travel in the capsule that watch it’s defected don’t work and the back of the watch has an sticker I text a email. Answer back with the policy, also the 2nd watch seamaster aqua terra never received I tray to contact them i can’t no page can fund it going to be 2 months never received

Was informed many times tracking details would be sent very soon. Never arrived. Link from purchase email takes you to a website full,of spam and unable to do anything.
Now track your order and order details do not do anything asks you to download a file which cancels itself Before this I was in communication with someone regarding the tracking stopping. When I replied that I wanted a refund the above happened! Frauds scam!

Do not order from them. You’ll be lucky if you ever get the items you purchased. The responses from the company are AI generated. It’s a scam!!!!

Once they have your money, nothing happens.
They will reply once your mail with questions, then the disappear, with you money.

I' dealing with this company right now. They sent me a watch that doesn't match the advertised picture and it's hard to read the face and the watch just feels cheap. I have asked to return it but the link they have you go to will not open. I am not giving a company two days of emailing with pictures I took to validate my claim anymore chances to not give them a poor rating. Someone should have addressed my letters and responded like an honest company would have

Took 5 weeks and had to chase it up. Arrived as a fake watch that didn’t work and the wrong one. Advised them straight away by email and Emily (AI) replied saying I could fill out the return claim - when I did that there was just a blank page. Told Emily (AI) they said they would look into it. THEY ARE A SCAM 100% lost my money and got a fake watch that doesn’t work. They even got their own AI to write a review on this website (app) on how good they are. STAY AWAY FROM OLD MILLION!!!

This site is a scammer and thief and will never ship you

any items and is not accountable.

C’est des voleurs et arnaqueurs rien de plus ! J’ai commandé une montre et j’ai envoyé la preuve de paiement en capture d’écran et malgré ca on me répond qu’il ne trouve rien !!! Et rien de plus j’ai donc été VOLÉ de 150 euros !

I ordered my watch on June 2, it’s June 29 now and I keep checking shipping updates, last week it was still there, now it’s gone and the watch I ordered hasn’t arrived yet.
Avoid this scam website, save yourself a headache. I will report this to my credit card.

Eventually received a cheap, non working Swatch.. Emily, who I assume is probably an AI bot, kept promising a refund but nothing has arrived.

Watch was falsely advertised so I asked for my money back with evidence of what I was saying,on may 22 2025 and I have just been ignored,apparently my refund request was being

Took forever to get (about 6 weeks) and it’s obvious a knock off. Basically made from cheap plastic and not real. Buyer beware. Should have done research before buying.

Read the reviews too late as had already purchased two watches, £200 approx. So I had resigned myself to the fact that I had been scammed. A couple of days later, both watches arrived in what looks to me genuine, good quality packaging and the watches themselves look and feel kosher….. they do not feel like fakes. I don’t know, perhaps I have been lucky? Guess this doesn’t help too much but if you’re waiting for your products to arrive after a month, you may just be lucky as they may arrive tomorrow!!!

The street address for this company is Ship Monk a fulfillment center need I say more. The website is amazing however the products are Chinese FAKES and not even very good ones. They ship from Hong Kong which seems to contradict the use of the Ship Monk address ! In Hong Kong you could by this quality of FAKE for less than $5.00 don’t waste your time and money. The customer service AI Bot called “Emily” is the hardest working bot out there as I’m sure there e-mail is blowing up with complaints I’m sure the programmers will change “her” name soon to make unsuspecting buyers feel that it’s a legitimate company. If you look at the reviews anybody who contacts customer service seems to get a reply from the EMILY bot.
