• Express consultations with a general practitioner. Short online visits (up to 15 minutes, from €39) for minor acute conditions, treatment confirmation, sick note discussions, or quick medical advice when you are unsure whether you need in-person care.
• Full specialist consultations. Longer online appointments for chronic conditions, second opinions, medication review, follow-up after a previous diagnosis, or structured care plans with doctors in over 30 specialties.

Oladoctor does not provide medical care itself. All medical decisions, prescriptions, and certificates are issued only by independent doctors using the marketplace, in line with the standards and rules of the country where they practice.

The consultation went well but…
The consultation went well. The doctor was friendly and helpful. After the consultation, it took over 24 hours to get the prescription. Then it took another 24 hours for the pharmacy to get the medication. There is also no way to contact other than chat that I saw. The chat is answered by AI and it’s difficult to get an actual person.

For urgent cases, Express Consultation is usually the fastest option – the doctor will review your case and decide whether a prescription is appropriate.

Medical cert for PT driving license exchange
