If you have stopped smoking or you are…
If you have stopped smoking or you are looking to cut down, this product is perfect. It is not a Vape that gives off clouds of unwanted vapour and smells. It looks like a cigarette and tastes like one, without the dangers. Would highly recommend.

Use to be good value
Have been using OK vape for a number of years. It started out really good, great value. Over the last year though there has been a price increase for less product & the new pod refills barely lasting a day a day (they changed the design) where they use to last at the very least 2 days & that’s not me vaping more! I don't want to but may have to look elsewhere.
The service is efficient enough & delivery is fast.

Thank you very much for your review.
We’re really sorry to hear about your experience, and we will be sure to pass your feedback on to the relevant teams.
If you are having any issues with our products, we would really appreciate the opportunity to help and see if we can put things right for you — please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us.
In regard to the pricing, I completely understand how this may seem confusing and appear more expensive. However, a single pack of 3 pods was previously £9, which works out at £3 per pod — this is the same price per pod as our current twin pack pods.
Thank you again for taking the time to share your feedback.
