Loved this short tour of Timanfaya and guide Andrei was great.

The booking and payment process was straight forward, the tickets stating pickup location, time and guide.

After pickups, the tour headed Timanfaya which was amazing. I loved hearing all the history of Lanzarote and the details about the last eruptions and how it impacted Lanzarote from our guide. The kids (7 and 5 years) enjoyed it, but they’d reached their limit of sitting nicely by the time we were finished at lunchtime.

A well organised trip. The guide was Excellent. Really enjoyed the day. Loved the visit to Aloe Vera it was really interesting.Lots of different stops on our way to the far North of the Island.
Had a lovely lunch.
Well worth the money.

Ok Lanzarote ofrece varias experiencias y recomendaciones de cosas que hacer en Lanzarote. Es una plataforma intuitiva, clara y fácil de usar y tuvimos muy buena interacción con la misma que sin duda recomendamos. Por nuestra parte reservamos un tour en buggy que fue muy divertido y nos dio una visión del norte de la isla que habría sido difícil tener de otra manera. Además la conducción fue toda una aventura, sobre todo por los caminos de tierra.

Was excellent. Well worth the price. Picked up on time, guide (Eric) was so informative and a canny good laugh. Got a great tour of the national park and the visitors centre. No messing about with ques like cars. 100% recommended

Guide and driver were great and the landscape is spectacular. Unfortunately the ride back was VERY long; it would be better if they can find a way split the drop-offs in two…

Excellent tour guide, efficient and organised tour.
Only issue picking up from multiple hotels.

Hemos seleccionado la visita Sur de Timanfaya. El servicio de recogida bueno puntual, hemos visitado el timanfaya pero las explicaciones del guía bastante deficitarias. Durante todo el viaje la única preocupación era ir al baño y pagar. La excursión era inglés , alemán y español y las explicaciones en español no se hacían siempre. El guía cuando le preguntabas por otras cosas sus contestaciones eran muy escuetas. Poca amabilidad, poca información del guía en mi propio idioma. En el restaurante la calidad de la comida buena pero la amabilidad cero. Te colocan como les parece, como si fuéramos animales. La hora de la comida a las 12.390 hemos llegado al restaurante para comer, creo q no es una hora normal teniendo en cuenta q nis ha llevado corriendo a todas partes. La excursión da la sensación de ir a toda prisa sin ningún interés por parte del guía. La duración de la visita no es 9 horas. Asi que agradecería que lo modificaran. No se cuida nada el turismo . He realizado otras visitas guiadas con otras compañías y la verdad es que está ha sido de bastante poca calidad pot parte del guía,cuyo interés era nulo.. Otro factor es el dinero. Todo el rato pudiendo el dinero por adelantado. Ya sabemos que hay que pagarlo. No hace falta que cada min se repita.

Den Ausflug kann ich empfehlen. Jedoch sollte Mirador weggelassen werden. Das lohnt sich nicht. Unser Fahrer war leider ein sehr ruppiger Fahrer, relativ unerfahren und teils auch unsicher unterwegs. Sehr viele unnötige starke Bremsungen, das kann ich bewerten da selber seit 40 Jahren mit dem Führerschein unterwegs. Der Guide hat sich sehr bemüht, die Organisation im Griff gehabt, lediglich die Erklärungen in vier Sprachen waren zum Teil unverständlich. Der Besuch der beiden Lavaröhrensysteme war sehr interessant. Unbedingt empfehlenswert.

Hassle free booking experience. Based on reviews listed on this website we booked our grand excursion with Low Cost Tours and there was nothing low cost about the experience. Very well organized and impeccably managed tour. Great guide.

Muy buena opción para ver los lugares más emblemáticos de la isla y conocer un poco de historia. Excursion en autobus de suroeste a norte de la isla ( muy comodo la verdad).
El guía, Juan Carlos, súper amable y simpático. Muy recomendable!

We stayed at the Beatriz so had to walk a little way to a bus stop, but the buses were punctual, air conditioned and very organised. Our tour guide was very informative and spoke English, Spanish and French fluently so was able to keep everyone on the tour informed. The volcano was fantastic, we really enjoyed the experiments and the lava field drive, and the lava tube cave was so much bigger than we were expecting. Overall it was a real highlight of the holiday and we all enjoyed it very much.

Ruta de 3 horas en buggy. Un tramo por carretera hasta llegar a los caminos. Hicimos 2 paradas. Las vistas espectaculares.
El guía de la ruta estuvo muy atento, amable.

Encantados con la experiencia, una guía y conductor simpáticos y muy profesionales, al final son como 40 min de recorrido sin poder bajar del autobús, se agradecerían ventanillas amplias, panorámicas, para disfrutar de las vistas ...gracias

This was an extremely well organised trip with Stella ensuring we didn’t have to wait long at any of the busy points. The commentary was interesting, the photo stops at great points. Both Stella and the driver were v helpful. A lovely trip, thank you!

Por las explicaciones de la guía y la peripecia al volante del conductor

Nos recogieron en la puerta de nuestro hotel, el día de antes me enviaron toda la info sobre la experiencia, el guía, el bus y la hora de recogida que respetaba los horarios del desayuno de nuestro hotel. El autobús era moderno y con un buen aire acondicionado, que fue totalmente necesario en plena ola de calor, el conductor lo hizo genial y era amable. El guía también excepcional, amable, simpático y lo explico todo genial. La visita es imprescindible, tres demostraciones y un tour de 40 minutos increíbles. Lo único negativo la larga espera de casi 50 minutos para entrar, pero si lo sabes es solo ir preparado. Desde luego mejor ir en este tipo de visitas que por tu cuenta.
